基于中国上市公司基本数据的金融智能研究与实现的中期报告摘要：本中期报告旨在介绍基于中国上市公司基本数据的金融智能研究与实现的进展情况。在本中期报告中，我们介绍了项目的研究背景、目的、研究对象、数据来源、研究方法、研究成果以及下一步工作计划。在研究背景方面，我们指出了金融智能技术在金融领域应用的重要性，并概述了国内外相关研究的发展现状。在目的方面，我们旨在建立一个基于中国上市公司基本数据的金融智能模型，以便于更好地分析和预测上市公司的财务表现。研究对象为中国A股上市公司，数据来源主要来自于Wind数据库和上海证券交易所网站。研究方法主要包括数据清洗、特征选择、特征工程、模型构建以及模型评估等步骤。通过研究，我们得出了以下成果：1）建立了基于分类问题的金融智能模型，并完成了初步的模型评估；2）利用可视化工具分析了模型结果，并对模型进行了解释和优化。接下来，我们将继续完善模型，并拟进一步探索基于回归问题的金融智能模型的建立。关键词：金融智能；数据挖掘；分类模型；预测模型。Abstract：ThismidtermreportaimstointroducetheprogressofthestudyandimplementationoffinancialintelligencebasedonthebasicdataofChineselistedcompanies.Inthismidtermreport,weintroducedtheresearchbackground,objectives,researchobjects,datasources,researchmethods,researchresults,andnextworkplanoftheproject.Intermsofresearchbackground,wepointedouttheimportanceoffinancialintelligencetechnologyinthefinancialfieldandoutlinedthedevelopmentstatusofrelatedresearchbothdomesticallyandinternationally.Intermsofobjectives,weaimtoestablishafinancialintelligencemodelbasedonthebasicdataofChineselistedcompaniestobetteranalyzeandpredictthefinancialperformanceoflistedcompanies.TheresearchobjectsareChineseA-sharelistedcompanies,andthedatasourcesmainlycomefromWinddatabaseandShanghaiStockExchangewebsite.Theresearchmethodsmainlyincludedatacleaning,featureselection,featureengineering,modelconstruction,andmodelevaluation.Throughtheresearch,wehaveachievedthefollowingresults:1)establishedafinancialintelligencemodelbasedonclassificationproblemsandcompletedthepreliminarymodelevaluation;2)analyzedmodelresultsusingvisualizationtools,andinterpretedandoptimizedthemodel.Next,wewillcontinuetoimprovethemodelandplantofurtherexploretheestablishmentofafinancialintelligencemodelbasedonregressionproblems.Keywords:financialintelligence;datamining;classificationmodel;predictionmodel.
