外文原文CHITOSANonandraeanumtissueinhibitionofbacteriacontaminationAbstract:Thefungiwasisolatedandpurifiedfrompollutedanthuriumsubculturemedium,identifiedtobeDeuteromycotinaHyphpmycetesHyphomycetalesDematiaceaeandtrichoderma.Theinhibitioneffectofthethreekindsofchitosanonthefungiwasconducted.Theresultsshowedthatthechitosanhadinhibitioneffectonthefungi.Thehigherconcentrationsofchitosanhadabetteinhibitioneffectthanthelowerones.Theinhibitioneffectof50000and250000molecularweightchitosanisbetterthanthatofthe3000molecularweight.Itispreliminarilyprovedthatchitosanhadgoodinhibitioneffectonthefungifrompollutedtissueculture,andwillhavegoodapplicationvalueinthefieldsofpollutionpreventioninflowerstissueculture.Keywords:tissueculture;contamination;Chitosan;inhibitioneffectPlanttissueculture,notonlyinplantbreeding,rapidpropagationofseedlingsandtheproductionofusefulsecondarymetabolites,suchastheuseofawiderangeofplantgeneticengineeringisandPlantMolecularBiology,oneoftheimportantfoundationforthestudy[1].Pollution,browning,glassandtissueculturearethemainproblems,includingpollutionofthemostcommon[2].Thereforetakeeffectivepreventionandcontrolmeasurestoreducethechanceofcontaminationoccurred,tissuecultureisanimportantguaranteeforsuccess.Chitosan(chitosan)isthechitininstrongalkalineconditionsfromBAftertheformationofacylanimportantderivativeisdeterminedbyanumberofN-acetylglucosaminethroughβ-(1-4)glycosidicbondlinkingthenatureofitmorelively.Hasnaturalantibacterialpropertiesofchitosan,andabroadspectrumantimicrobial,inrecentyears,chitosaninvariousfieldssuchasagriculture,medicine[3],manufacture[4],food[5],etc.Theuseofgreatimportance.Tissuecultureofthechitosanintheapplicationofinhibitionhasnotbeenreported.Thisexperimenttobefromthecontaminatedmediumsubcultureandraeanumextraction,purificationandidentificationofbacteriacontamination,withdifferentmolecularweightchitosananddifferentconcentrationsoftheirinhibition,andexplorethebestinhibitoryeffectofchitosanmolecularweightandthebestinhibitoryconce
