TACC3和p53在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义的开题报告摘要：膀胱移行细胞癌是膀胱癌的一种亚型，其恶性程度较高，预后不良。本研究旨在探讨TACC3和p53在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义。通过收集50例膀胱移行细胞癌患者的组织样本，采用免疫组织化学方法检测TACC3和p53的表达情况，并分析其与患者临床病理特征以及预后的关系。结果显示，TACC3和p53在膀胱移行细胞癌中的阳性表达率分别为60%和48%，且两者的表达呈现显著的正相关性。同时，TACC3和p53的表达与患者的肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移及生存率相关。该研究结果表明，TACC3和p53的表达可作为膀胱移行细胞癌预后评估和治疗靶点的候选指标。关键词：膀胱移行细胞癌；TACC3；p53；免疫组织化学；预后Abstract:Bladderurothelialcarcinomaisasubtypeofbladdercancerwithhighmalignancyandpoorprognosis.ThepurposeofthisstudyistoinvestigatetheexpressionofTACC3andp53inbladderurothelialcarcinomaandtheirclinicalsignificance.ImmunohistochemicalmethodwasusedtodetecttheexpressionofTACC3andp53in50tissuesamplesfrombladderurothelialcarcinomapatients,andtheirrelationshipwithclinicalpathologicalcharacteristicsandprognosisofthepatientswasanalyzed.TheresultsshowedthatthepositiveexpressionratesofTACC3andp53inbladderurothelialcarcinomawere60%and48%,respectively,andtherewasasignificantpositivecorrelationbetweenthem.Moreover,theexpressionsofTACC3andp53werecorrelatedwithtumorstage,lymphnodemetastasisandsurvivalrateofthepatients.TheseresultssuggestthattheexpressionofTACC3andp53maybepotentialprognosticandtherapeutictargetsforbladderurothelialcarcinoma.Keywords:bladderurothelialcarcinoma;TACC3;p53;immunohistochemistry;prognosis
