MVCT引导下宫颈癌调强放疗中子宫移动的外放距离及子宫退缩的研究的开题报告Title:InvestigationofUterineMovementandShrinkageintheAdjustmentofCervicalCancerwithMVCT-GuidedIntensity-ModulatedRadiotherapyIntroduction:Cervicalcancerisoneofthemostcommoncancertypesamongwomenworldwide.Intensity-modulatedradiotherapy(IMRT)hasbeenrecognizedasaneffectivewaytotreatcervicalcancerduetoitsprecisedosedelivery.However,themovementandshrinkageoftheuterusduringtreatmentcanaffecttheaccuracyofIMRT.Therefore,theaimofthisstudyistoinvestigatethemotionprofileandshrinkagerateoftheuterusduringMVCT-guidedIMRTinpatientswithcervicalcancer.Method:Thestudywillbeconductedonagroupof100cervicalcancerpatientswhowillreceiveIMRTtreatment.MVCTimagesofthepelviswillbeacquiredbeforeeachtreatmentfractiontoassessthemotionprofileandshrinkagerateoftheuterus.TheexternaldisplacementoftheuterusanditsshrinkageratewillbeanalyzedusingtheVarianEclipsetreatmentplanningsystem.Acorrelationanalysiswillbeconductedbetweenthecharacteristicsoftheuterusmovementandshrinkageandclinicalfactors,suchastumorstageandsize.Expectedresults:TheresultsofthisstudywillhelpdeterminetheextentoftheexternaldisplacementandshrinkageoftheuterusduringMVCT-guidedIMRTforcervicalcancer,whichwillaidintheoptimizationofthetreatmentplan.Theanalysisofthecorrelationbetweentheuterusmovementandshrinkageandclinicalfactorswillimprovetheunderstandingofthecervicalcancertreatmentprocess.Conclusion:ThisstudywillprovideessentialinformationregardingthemotionprofileandshrinkagerateoftheuterusduringMVCT-guidedIMRTforcervicalcancer.Theresultsofthisstudywillhelpoptimizethetreatmentplanandimprovetheaccuracyofdosedelivery.
