南京林业大学南方学院毕业论文摘要PAGE\*MERGEFORMAT70PAGE\*MERGEFORMATI4万吨污水处理厂氧化沟工艺设计说明书摘要随着我国社会经济的不断发展，城市化水平的逐步提高，环境保护措施的落实，以及市场经济的建立，排水事业作为城市的重要基础设施这一，也得到了蓬勃的发展。全国大多的城市都对老城区的给排水管网进行了改造，并且还兴建了一大批污水处理厂对城市的生活污水，工业废水进行处理。本设计是对南京市建邺区某一排水工程设计。其设计范围包括：雨水管网工程、污水管网工程和污水处理厂工程。本次设计均采用了国家最新的有关规定、标准、和设计规范。管网的体制采用的是分流制。污水处理厂设计规模近期40000m3/d，远期60000m3/d，故本设计按近期设计,远期规划。污水厂二级处理出水排至河流下游。污水处理厂处理流程为：污水→中格栅→提升泵房→细格栅→钟式沉砂池→氧化沟→二沉池→紫外消毒→出水。污泥流程：剩余活性污泥→污泥提升泵房→浓缩脱水一化车间→污泥外运。本污水处理厂占地约为7.2公顷。关键词：污水管网雨水管网氧化沟浓缩脱水一体化设备Processdesignof40000t/dcitysewagetreatmentplantAstractWiththedevelopofourcountrysocietyeconomycontinuously,Vitalizationisgraduallyincreasing,Environmentalprotectionmeasureofpractical,andwithestablishingoftheMarketeconomy,Draining,Asoneoftheimportantfoundationfacilities,alsogotafastdevelopment.Thecityinthewholenationalmostreformdrainpipenet.Andstillbuiltthedirtywateroflargequantitydisposalthefactorytodiscardthewatertoproceedtohandletocity.ThisprojectisfordesigningsewerageengineeringofNanjingcityJianyeDistrict.Thedesignincludesstremwaterdrainagesystemandwastewatercollectingsystemandsewageworks.Andthisdesignalladoptednationallatestrelevantprovision,Standard,withdesignthenorm.Thesystemofpipenetadoptsisthebridgingsystem.Sewagetreatmentplantdesignscalenowis40000m3/d,inthefuturedateis60000m3/d.TherainfallisallputdinorderintoSanMingRiverandthehandledsewagefromthesewageplantputintoRiver.Thesewagetreatmentplanthandlethedistancetravelledbyastreamofwaterbeing:Sewage→Coarsescreens→Sewageelevatedpumbhouse→Finescreens→rotatedGritchamber→Oxidationditch→Secondarysedimentationtank→UVSterilizeinpool→River.Sludgedistancetravelledbyastreamofwater:Remaindersludge→sludgeelevatedhouse→theconcentrationanddehydrationworkshop→TransportoutsidethesludgeCoversanareaofandactas7.2hectaresaroundinthisthesewagetreatmentplant.Keywords:solidpipenetrainwatertulenetSewagetreatmentplantOxidationditchtheconcentrationanddehydrationworkshop目录PAGE\*MERGEFORMATV目录TOC\o"1-3"\h\z\uHYPERLINK\l"_Toc358
