10CrNiCu连铸方坯和球扁钢的偏析及其对性能的影响的中期报告摘要本文对10CrNiCu连铸方坯和球扁钢的偏析及其对性能的影响进行了研究。利用金相、扫描电镜、化学分析等手段对样品进行了分析和测试。结果表明，10CrNiCu连铸方坯和球扁钢都存在着偏析现象，其中球扁钢偏析更加显著。偏析元素的浓度分布与凝固运动参数和试样形状等因素相关。偏析会导致材料的力学性能下降和脆性增加。因此，在制备10CrNiCu连铸方坯和球扁钢时，应注意降低偏析现象的发生。关键词：10CrNiCu；连铸；偏析；性能AbstractThispaperstudiesthesegregationanditseffectsonthepropertiesof10CrNiCucontinuouscastsquarebilletsandballflatsteel.Sampleswereanalyzedandtestedbymetallography,scanningelectronmicroscopy,chemicalanalysisandothermethods.Theresultsshowthatthereissegregationinboth10CrNiCucontinuouscastsquarebilletsandballflatsteel,andthesegregationinballflatsteelismoresignificant.Theconcentrationdistributionofsegregationelementsisrelatedtosolidificationkinematicparametersandsampleshape,etc.Segregationcancauseadecreaseinthemechanicalpropertiesandanincreaseinbrittlenessofthematerial.Therefore,whenmaking10CrNiCucontinuouscastsquarebilletsandballflatsteel,attentionshouldbepaidtoreducingtheoccurrenceofsegregation.Keywords:10CrNiCu;continuouscasting;segregation;properties
