安徽建筑工业学院毕业设计摘要摘要:本污水处理厂是为某制药厂的生产废水和生活污水而设计的。该厂废水的主要成分为盐酸林可霉素原料药的生产废水,要求日处理量为3100吨/天,生活污水为100吨/天。制药废水水质成分复杂,废水中污染物质含量高,生物难降解物质多,COD浓度高,BOD5/COD很低,废水的色度高,从而影响水生生物的生长,影响水体自净.。因此对制药废水进行处理对于整体水质管理体系来说非常重要。生产废水进水水质指标:CODcr7800mg/L、BOD51540mg/L、SS300~400mg/L、PH7~8;生活污水进水水质指标:CODcr400mg/L、BOD5200mg/L、SS200mg/L、PH7~8。针对该制药废水的特点,本设计以混凝沉淀、UASB厌氧法和SBR好氧法为主体工艺处理该废水。整个处理工艺流程分为三个部分:预处理、二级处理和污泥处理。该工艺设计合理,具有处理效率高、运行费用底、占地面积小等特点。通过本工艺的处理,废水中的有机物可以得到高效降解,处理后的废水水质:BOD520mg/L、COD131mg/L、SS28mg/L,均达到国家综合废水排放一级标准。关键词:制药废水;混凝沉淀;UASB;SBR;设计ABSTRACTAbstract:Thiswastewatertreatmentfactoryisdesignedtotreatproductionwastewaterandlifesewagefromapharmaceuticalfactory.Themaincompositionofthefactory'swastewateristheproductionwastewateraboutahydrochloricacidmildewedrawmaterialmedicine.Thecharacterparametersofwastewaterarelistedasfollows:productionwastewater,3100m3/d,lifesewage,100m3/d.Thecompositionofpharmaceuticalwastewateriscomplicated,andthepollutants’concentrationishighaswellastheCOD.TheBOD5/CODisverylowandthecolordegreeofthewastewaterishigh,whichinfluencethegrowthofthecreatureinwater,thusinfluencethepurificationofwaterbody.Thereforetheprocessingofthepharmaceuticalwasteisveryimportantforthewholewaterqualitymanagementsystem.Theindexsignsofthewastewaterarelistedasfollows,produtionwater:CODcr7800mg/L、BOD51540mg/L、SS300~400mg/L、PH7~8;lifesewage:CODcr400mg/L、BOD5200mg/L、SS200mg/L、PH7~8.Accordingtothecharacteristicsofthewastewater,Ichosethepuddleandsedimentation,UASBandSBRasthemainmethodstoprocesswasterwater.Thewholeprocessingcraftprocessisdividedintothreeparts:primaryprocessing,secondclassprocessingandthedirtymudprocessing.Therearemanyadvantagesinthiscraft:thedesignisreasonablewithhighprocessingefficiency,thecirculatingexpenseislowandlandareaisfew.Afterthetreatmentofthisprocess,theorganicpollutantscanbediscomposedefficiently.Theindexsignoftheprocessedwastewaterareasfollows:BOD520mg/L,COD131mg/L,SS28mg/L,whichallreachtheClassⅡoftheNationalStandardforcomprehensivewastewater.K
