上海市中心城区老龄人口居家养老服务研究的中期报告摘要：本研究旨在分析上海市中心城区老龄人口居家养老服务的现状、问题和需求，为制定更切实可行的养老政策提供参考。本文为中期报告，主要包括文献综述、问卷调查、专家访谈和数据分析等内容。通过对已有研究和文献的综述，本研究发现，老龄人口的快速增长和家庭结构的转变，导致居家养老服务面临的困境和挑战不断加大；而目前上海市的居家养老服务存在提供方面不足、服务质量不高、服务内容单一等问题。问卷调查结果表明，老年人更倾向于家庭和社区服务，但随着年龄的增长和健康状况的变化，他们更需要个性化、专业化的服务。专家访谈则进一步提供了对当前居家养老服务存在的问题的深入剖析，同时也提出了一些可行的解决方法和改进建议。最后，通过数据分析，梳理了上海市中心城区老龄人口的基本情况和居家养老服务需求，为后续的政策制定和服务改进提供了一定的参考。关键词：上海市中心城区，老龄人口，居家养老服务，问题，需求Abstract:Thisstudyaimstoanalyzethecurrentsituation,problems,andneedsofhome-basedelderlycareservicesinthecentralurbanareaofShanghai,andprovidereferencesforformulatingmorepracticalelderlycarepolicies.Thispaperisamidtermreport,whichincludesliteraturereview,questionnairesurvey,expertinterview,anddataanalysis.Throughareviewofexistingresearchandliterature,thisstudyfoundthattherapidgrowthoftheelderlypopulationandthechangesinfamilystructurehaveincreasinglyposedchallengesandconstraintstohome-basedelderlycareservices.Moreover,currenthome-basedelderlycareservicesinShanghailackinprovidingadequateandhigh-qualityservicesandofferalimitedrangeofservices.Theresultsofaquestionnairesurveyshowedthatelderlypeopletendtopreferfamilyandcommunity-basedaging-in-placeservices,butastheygrowolderandtheirhealthstatuschanges,theyneedmorepersonalizedandprofessionalservices.Expertinterviewsprovidedadeeperanalysisoftheexistingproblemsinhome-basedelderlycareservicesandproposedworkablesolutionsandimprovementsuggestions.Finally,throughdataanalysis,thebasicsituationoftheelderlypopulationandhome-basedelderlycareserviceneedsinthecentralurbanareaofShanghaiweresummarized,providingareferenceforsubsequentpolicyformulationandserviceimprovement.Keywords:centralurbanareaofShanghai，elderlypopulation，home-basedelderlycareservices,problems,needs.
