ETO环境下的生产运作研究——以XX公司为例的中期报告摘要随着电子商务的飞速发展，ETO（Engineer-to-Order）生产模式成为了许多企业的生产方式。为研究ETO环境下的生产运作，本文以某汽车零部件生产企业——XX公司为例，通过对其现有生产运作方式的分析，提出了一系列改进建议。首先，对XX公司的生产流程进行了详细分析，发现其生产流程中存在资讯传递不畅、工艺流程繁琐等问题。为解决这些问题，建议在信息系统上进行整合和优化，并对生产流程进行优化和简化，以提高生产效率和质量。其次，针对XX公司的生产调度问题，本文提出了基于禁忌搜索算法的生产调度模型，旨在提高生产调度精度和效率，并减少生产经济损失。最后，本文对XX公司的库存管理提出了改进建议。通过对库存数据的分析，本文发现XX公司存在库存积压、库存预测不足等问题。因此，建议制定合理的库存管理政策，提高库存管理精度和效率。关键词：ETO生产模式；生产流程；生产调度模型；库存管理AbstractWiththerapiddevelopmentofe-commerce,ETO(Engineer-to-Order)productionmodehasbecometheproductionmodeofmanyenterprises.InordertostudytheproductionoperationinETOenvironment,thispapertakesaautomobilepartsproductionenterprise,XXcompanyasanexample,andputsforwardaseriesofimprovementsuggestionsthroughtheanalysisofitsexistingproductionoperationmode.Firstly,detailedanalysiswascarriedoutontheproductionprocessofXXcompany,anditwasfoundthattherewereproblemssuchaspoorinformationtransmissionandcomplexprocessflowinitsproductionprocess.Inordertosolvetheseproblems,itissuggestedtointegrateandoptimizeontheinformationsystem,andoptimizeandsimplifytheproductionprocesstoimproveproductionefficiencyandquality.Secondly,aimingattheproductionschedulingproblemofXXcompany,thispaperproposesaproductionschedulingmodelbasedontabusearchalgorithm,aimingtoimprovetheaccuracyandefficiencyofproductionschedulingandreducetheeconomiclossofproduction.Finally,thispaperputsforwardimprovementsuggestionsforXXcompany'sinventorymanagement.Throughtheanalysisofinventorydata,itisfoundthatXXcompanyhasproblemssuchasinventorybacklogandinsufficientinventoryprediction.Therefore,itissuggestedtoformulateareasonableinventorymanagementpolicytoimprovetheaccuracyandefficiencyofinventorymanagement.Keywords:ETOproductionmode;productionprocess;productionschedulingmodel;inventorymanagement
