基于性能的高致密可调凝喷射混凝土设计及施工技术研究的中期报告摘要：本研究基于性能的高致密可调凝喷射混凝土设计及施工技术研究的中期报告，旨在探究一种新型的混凝土材料，既要具有高强度、高密度、高可调性，又要具有良好的施工性能。研究首先对该混凝土材料的原材料和性质进行了分析，然后通过试验研究确定了该材料的物理力学和耐久性能，最后优化了混凝土配合比和施工工艺。研究结果表明，所研制的高致密可调凝喷射混凝土材料具有较高的抗压强度、耐火性能和耐久性能，且具有良好的施工性能和可调性。关键词：高致密可调凝喷射混凝土、施工性能、物理力学性能、耐久性能、配合比、施工工艺Abstract：Thisinterimreportoftheresearchonperformance-basedhigh-densityadjustablesprayedconcretedesignandconstructiontechnologyaimstoexploreanewtypeofconcretematerialthatnotonlyhashighstrength,highdensity,highadjustability,butalsohasgoodconstructionperformance.Firstly,therawmaterialsandpropertiesoftheconcretematerialareanalyzedinthisresearch,andthenthephysical,mechanical,anddurabilitypropertiesofthematerialaredeterminedthroughexperimentalresearch,andfinally,theconcretemixproportionandconstructiontechnologyareoptimized.Theresearchresultsshowthatthehigh-densityadjustablesprayedconcretematerialdevelopedhashighercompressivestrength,fireresistance,anddurability,andhasgoodconstructionperformanceandadjustability.Keywords:high-densityadjustablesprayedconcrete,constructionperformance,physicalandmechanicalproperties,durability,mixproportion,constructiontechnology.
