济南大学毕业论文-PAGEIV-毕业论文题目商业银行不良资产证券化的问题与对策研究学院专业班级学生学号指导教师摘要我国商业银行的不良资产数额比较大，这不仅为引发金融危机埋下了隐患，而且严重阻碍了我国银行业的发展和整个国民经济的运行。自1999年四大资产管理公司的成立，我国对银行不良资产的处置取得了一定的成就，但是不良资产的压力仍然较大，采用新的方法处置不良资产问题日益受到关注。资产证券化是近三十年来国际金融市场中重要的创新业务，并被应用于不良资产的处置上，我国自2003年开始尝试采用证券化的方式来解决国内银行业不良资产问题，并取得了一定的成绩。本文首先阐述了银行不良资产的界定、商业银行不良资产证券化的含义及其意义，在研究我国商业银行不良资产证券化的现状的基础上，结合我国银行不良资产证券化的案例，分析当前我国推进实施商业银行不良资产证券化面临的问题，并且针对提出的问题提出相应的解决对策。关键词：商业银行；不良资产；资产证券化ABSTRACTTheproportionandthenumberofnon-performingassetsincommercialbanksinourcountryishigh.Theproblemofnon-performingassetsofcommercialbanksnotonlyhasbeenthegreathiddenforfinancialcrisis,butalsotheobstructsforthedevelopmentofthebankingandoperationofnationaleconomy.Wehaveobtainedsomeachievementthroughgreateffortssincetheestablishmentoffourassetsmanagementcompanies,butthepressureisstillgreat.Theproblemofusingnewmethodtohandlenon-performingassetsbecomesthefocusgradually.Assetsecuritizationisanimportantinnovationinfinancialsectorinrecent30years,andithasbeenappliedindisposalofnon-performingassets.Ourcountryhasbegantotryhandlingnon-performingassetsbyassetssecuritizationandhasmadegreatprogresssince2003.Thispaperstartswiththedefinitionofthenon-performingassetsofcommercialbanks,thedefinitionandthesignificanceofnon-performingassetssecuritization.Throughtheanalysisofthesituationofthenon-performingassetssecuritizationofcommercialbanksinchina,findtheproblemofdevelopingnon-performingassetssecuritizationofcommercialbanks.Atlastdiscussandputforwardthecorrespondingmeansurestosolvetheproblems.Keywords:Commercialbank;Non-performingasset;Assetsecuritization目录摘要.......................................................................................................................=1\*ROMANIABSTRACT...........................................................................................................................=2\*ROMANII一、前言.............................................................................
