养猪场废水厌氧氨氧化生物脱氮工艺技术设计研究的中期报告Abstract:Inordertosolvetheproblemofnitrogenremovalinthewastewaterofpigfarms,thisprojectappliestheAnoxicAmmoniaOxidationBiologicalDenitrificationTechnologytothewastewatertreatmentofpigfarms.Throughtheanalysisofexperimentaldataandtheoreticalcalculations,thefeasibilityandeffectivenessofthisprocesshavebeenverified,andtheoptimaltechnologicalparametershavebeendetermined.Introduction:Thewastewaterofpigfarmscontainsalargeamountofnitrogen,whichcancauseseriousenvironmentalpollutionifitisnottreatedeffectively.Thetraditionaltreatmentmethodsmainlyincludebiologicaltreatmentandphysicochemicaltreatment.However,thesemethodshavelownitrogenremovalefficiency,highenergyconsumption,andarenoteconomicalandpractical.Therefore,itisnecessarytostudyanddevelopanewtechnologythatisefficient,economicalandpractical.Objective:TheobjectiveofthisprojectistoapplytheAnoxicAmmoniaOxidationBiologicalDenitrificationTechnologytothewastewatertreatmentofpigfarms,andtodeterminetheoptimaltechnologicalparametersofthisprocess.Methodology:1.Experimentalmaterials:Thewastewatersampleswerecollectedfromapigfarminthesurroundingarea,andthereagentswerepurchasedfromaprofessionalchemicalsupplier.2.Experimentaldesign:AnAnoxicAmmoniaOxidationBiologicalDenitrificationreactorwasusedtotreatthewastewater,andtheeffectsofdifferentoperatingconditionsonthenitrogenremovalefficiencywerestudied.3.Experimentalprocess:Theexperimentalprocesswascarriedoutaccordingtothedesignplan,andtherelevantparameterswererecordedandanalyzed.Results:Throughtheanalysisofexperimentaldata,itwasfoundthattheAnoxicAmmoniaOxidationBiologicalDenitrificationTechnologycouldeffectivelyremovenitrogenfromthewastewaterofpigfarms.Thehighestnitrogenremovalefficiencywas80%,andtheoptimaltechnologicalparametersweretheC/Nratioof3-6,thehydraulicretentiontimeof8-10hours,andthetemperatureof25-30℃.Conclusion:TheAnoxicAmmoniaOxidationBiologicalDenitrificationTechnologyisaneffectiveandpracticalmethodforthetreatmentofpigfarmwastewater.Theopti
