高等医学院校人文素质教育现状及对策思考——以福建医科大学为研究个案的开题报告摘要：高等医学院校作为医学人才的摇篮，不仅要培养出具备过硬专业素质的医学人才，也应注重对学生的人文素质教育。目前，高等医学院校人文素质培养存在诸多问题，其中包括师资力量不足、教育教学内容落后、学生自身素质不高等方面。本研究以福建医科大学为研究个案，旨在探讨高等医学院校人文素质教育现状及对策思考。研究将采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等多种研究方法进行深入探讨，以期为高等医学院校改进人文素质教育提供参考。关键词：高等医学院校；人文素质教育；现状；对策思考Abstract:Asthecradleofmedicaltalents,highermedicalcollegesanduniversitiesshouldnotonlycultivatemedicaltalentswithexcellentprofessionalquality,butalsopayattentiontotheeducationofstudents'humanisticquality.Atpresent,therearemanyproblemsinthecultivationofhumanisticqualityinhighermedicalcollegesanduniversities,includinginadequatefacultystrength,outdatededucationalcontent,andlowstudentself-quality.ThisstudytakesFujianMedicalUniversityasastudycasetoexplorethecurrentsituationandcountermeasuresofhumanisticqualityeducationinhighermedicalcollegesanduniversities.Theresearchwillusemultipleresearchmethodssuchasliteraturereview,questionnairesurvey,andinterviewtoconductin-depthdiscussions,inordertoprovidereferenceforimprovinghumanisticqualityeducationinhighermedicalcollegesanduniversities.Keywords:highermedicalcollegesanduniversities;humanisticqualityeducation;currentsituation;countermeasures思考
