低温眼内灌注液在动物内眼手术中的应用研究的中期报告摘要：本研究旨在探索低温眼内灌注液在动物内眼手术中的应用效果及其安全性，为其在临床上的应用提供指导。本研究选取20只白兔为实验对象，根据随机数字表法将其分为两组，对照组和实验组。对照组在手术中使用常温生理盐水灌注眼内，实验组则使用低温灌注液。手术后对两组进行观察和比较，结果显示，实验组术后眼内温度明显低于对照组，愈合时间也更短，且未发现任何不良反应。本研究初步表明低温眼内灌注液在动物内眼手术中具有较好的应用效果和安全性，进一步研究仍需进一步探索。关键词：低温眼内灌注液；动物内眼手术；应用效果；安全性Abstract：Theaimofthisstudywastoexploretheapplicationeffectandsafetyoflowtemperatureintraocularirrigationinanimalintraocularsurgeryandprovideguidanceforitsclinicalapplication.Twentywhiterabbitswereselectedastheexperimentalobjects.Accordingtotherandomnumbertablemethod,theyweredividedintotwogroups,thecontrolgroupandtheexperimentalgroup.Thecontrolgroupusednormalsalineirrigationintheeyesduringtheoperation,whiletheexperimentalgroupusedlowtemperatureirrigationfluid.Aftertheoperation,thetwogroupswereobservedandcompared.Theresultsshowedthattheintraoculartemperatureoftheexperimentalgroupaftertheoperationwassignificantlylowerthanthatofthecontrolgroup,andthehealingtimewasalsoshorter,andnoadversereactionswerefound.Thepreliminaryresultsofthisstudyshowedthatlowtemperatureintraocularirrigationhadagoodapplicationeffectandsafetyinanimalintraocularsurgery,andfurtherresearchisneeded.Keywords:Lowtemperatureintraocularirrigation;Animalintraocularsurgery;Applicationeffect;Safety
