X-射线不透过性碘代聚酯—聚氨酯的合成与表征的开题报告Title:SynthesisandCharacterizationofX-rayNon-permeableIodinatedPolyester-PolyurethaneIntroduction:Inrecentyears,X-rayimaginghasbecomeanimportantdiagnostictoolinmedicine.However,certainorgansandtissuesinthehumanbodyarelessdenseandpoorlyvisibleonX-rayimages,makingitdifficultfordoctorstoaccuratelydiagnosediseases.Toaddressthisissue,contrastagentsareoftenusedtoenhancethecontrastbetweendifferenttissues.Amongthem,iodine-basedcontrastagentsarecommonlyusedduetotheirhighX-rayabsorptionproperties.However,thesecontrastagentsareoftendiffusedorrapidlyeliminatedfromthebody,limitingtheirusefulnessinprolongedimaging.Toovercomethischallenge,researchershavebeenexploringtheuseofX-raynon-permeablematerialsintheformulationofcontrastagents.Onepromisingmaterialisiodinatedpolyester-polyurethane,whichcanbesynthesizedbycombiningiodinatedaromaticcompoundswithpolyolsanddiisocyanates.Inthisproject,weaimtosynthesizeandcharacterizeX-raynon-permeableiodinatedpolyester-polyurethaneandevaluateitspotentialasacontrastagent.Methodology:Thesynthesisofiodinatedpolyester-polyurethanewillbecarriedoutinseveralsteps.First,thepolyolanddiisocyanatewillbemixedtogetherandallowedtoreact,formingaprepolymer.Then,theiodinatedaromaticcompoundwillbeaddedtothereactionmixture,followedbyfurtherpolymerizationtoformthefinalproduct.Tocharacterizethesynthesizedmaterial,Fourier-transforminfraredspectroscopy(FTIR)willbeusedtoconfirmthefunctionalgroupspresentinthepolymer.Differentialscanningcalorimetry(DSC)willbeusedtodeterminetheglasstransitiontemperature(Tg)andmeltingtemperature(Tm)ofthepolymer.Finally,theX-raypermeabilityofthematerialwillbeevaluatedbyconductingX-raydiffraction(XRD)analysis.Expectedoutcomes:ThesuccessfulsynthesisofX-raynon-permeableiodinatedpolyester-polyurethanewillprovideanewcontrastagentformedicalimaging.Thecharacterizationofthematerial'sphysicalandchemicalpropertieswillprovideinsightintotheeffectivenessofthematerialasacontrastagent.Iftheresultsshowpromisingpotential,fur
