东北国有林区林产工业产业重构研究的中期报告【摘要】本研究旨在探讨东北国有林区林产工业产业重构的可行性和路径，针对当前东北国有林区林产工业发展中存在的问题和面临的挑战，提出相应的应对措施和建议。本研究采用实证研究方法，通过对东北地区三个省份的国有林区进行实地考察和数据分析，分析了当前东北国有林区林产工业的现状和存在的问题，并探究了产业重构的路径和方向。本研究认为，东北国有林区林产工业产业重构的核心在于推动传统产业向高附加值、高技术含量和高效益的转型，同时开展多元化经营，切实提升林产品的竞争力和附加值。具体而言，应建立健全林产工业产业链，加强技术创新，改善产品质量，加强品牌建设和市场拓展，优化产业结构，引导企业向产业链上游延伸，提升产业集群效应，加强环保工作等措施。【关键词】东北国有林区；林产工业；产业重构；产业链；技术创新；品牌建设；市场拓展；环保工作【Abstract】ThisstudyaimstoexplorethefeasibilityandpathofindustrialrestructuringofforestproductsindustryinNortheastChina'sstate-ownedforestareas,andtoproposecorrespondingcountermeasuresandsuggestionsinviewoftheproblemsandchallengesfacedbythedevelopmentofforestproductsindustryinNortheastChina'sstate-ownedforestareas.Thisstudyadoptsempiricalresearchmethod,throughfieldinvestigationanddataanalysisofstate-ownedforestareasinthreeprovincesinNortheastChina,analyzesthecurrentsituationandproblemsofforestproductsindustryinNortheastChina'sstate-ownedforestareas,andexploresthepathanddirectionofindustrialrestructuring.ThisstudybelievesthatthecoreofindustrialrestructuringofforestproductsindustryinNortheastChina'sstate-ownedforestareasliesinpromotingthetransformationoftraditionalindustriestohighvalue-added,high-techandhigh-efficiency,whilecarryingoutdiversifiedmanagementandeffectivelyimprovingthecompetitivenessandaddedvalueofforestproducts.Specifically,itisnecessarytoestablishandimprovetheforestproductsindustrychain,strengthentechnologicalinnovation,improveproductquality,strengthenbrandbuildingandmarketdevelopment,optimizeindustrialstructure,guideenterprisestoextendupstreamoftheindustrialchain,enhanceindustrialclustereffects,strengthenenvironmentalprotectionwork,andothermeasures.【Keywords】NortheastChina'sstate-ownedforestareas;forestproductsindustry;industrialrestructuring;industrychain;technologicalinnovation;brandbuilding;marketdevelopment;environmentalprotection.
