一种牛骨衍生新型骨替代材料的脱脂处理的开题报告摘要：骨替代材料的应用已成为众多骨科手术中不可或缺的材料之一。目前市场上的许多骨替代材料来源于合成或动物骨骼中提取的无机骨组织。然而，这些材料存在一些不足之处，诸如相容性问题、生物可吸收性和生物活性等问题。因此，需要开发一种具有较好生物相容性、可生物吸收和良好生物活性的新型骨替代材料。本文提出了一种牛骨衍生新型骨替代材料的脱脂处理方法。通过动物食品加工厂的采集和处理，获得了大量牛骨无机成分的原料。由于牛骨所含有的有机成分会阻碍其生物降解，因此需要在保证其无机成分完整性的前提下，进行脱脂处理以提高其生物可吸收性。本研究旨在探究不同脱脂方法对材料性质的影响，包括物理性质、化学性质和生物学性质。同时，结合体内和体外实验以及生物材料学理论，评估脱脂牛骨组织作为骨替代材料的应用潜力。关键字：牛骨；骨替代材料；脱脂；生物可吸收性；生物活性Abstract：Theapplicationofbonesubstitutematerialshasbecomeanindispensablematerialinmanyorthopedicsurgeries.Atpresent,manybonesubstitutematerialsonthemarketarederivedfrominorganicbonetissueextractedfromsyntheticoranimalbones.However,thesematerialshavesomeshortcomings,suchascompatibilityissues,biodegradabiliy,andbioactivity.Therefore,anewtypeofbonesubstitutematerialwithgoodbiocompatibility,biodegradabilityandgoodbioactivityneedstobedeveloped.Thisstudyproposesamethodfordegreasingprocessingofanewtypeofbonesubstitutematerialderivedfromcattlebones.Throughthecollectionandprocessingofanimalfoodprocessingplants,alargeamountofrawmaterialswithinorganiccomponentsofbovineboneswereobtained.Sincetheorganiccomponentscontainedinbovinebonescanhindertheirbiodegradability,degreasingprocessingisrequiredtoimprovetheirbiodegradabilitywhileensuringtheintegrityoftheirinorganiccomponents.Thisstudyaimstoexploretheinfluenceofdifferentdegreasingmethodsonmaterialproperties,includingphysicalproperties,chemicalproperties,andbiologicalproperties.Atthesametime,combinedwithinvivoandinvitroexperimentsandbiomaterialstheory,evaluatethepotentialapplicationofdegreasedbovinebonetissueasabonesubstitutematerial.Keywords:Bovinebone;Bonesubstitutematerial;Degreasing;Biodegradability;Bioactivity.
