促进我国服务外包业发展的财税政策研究的中期报告【摘要】随着国民经济的快速发展和全球经济日趋一体化,服务外包已成为重要的国际贸易形式。本文对我国服务外包业发展的财税政策进行研究。首先,分析了我国服务外包业发展的现状及面临的问题。然后,从服务外包业发展所需要具备的税收优惠政策和财务支持两个方面出发,对我国服务外包业发展所需的财税政策进行探讨。最后,提出了相应的建议,包括加快税收优惠政策制度建设、扩大财政支持范围和完善服务外包行业监管机制等。【关键词】服务外包业；财税政策；税收优惠；财务支持；监管机制【Abstract】Withtherapiddevelopmentofthenationaleconomyandtheincreasingglobalizationoftheworldeconomy,serviceoutsourcinghasbecomeanimportantformofinternationaltrade.ThispaperstudiesthefinancialandtaxpoliciesforthedevelopmentoftheserviceoutsourcingindustryinChina.Firstly,thecurrentsituationandproblemsfacedbythedevelopmentoftheserviceoutsourcingindustryinChinaareanalyzed.Then,fromthetwoaspectsoftaxpreferentialpoliciesandfinancialsupportnecessaryforthedevelopmentoftheserviceoutsourcingindustry,thispaperexploresthefinancialandtaxpoliciesneededforthedevelopmentoftheserviceoutsourcingindustryinChina.Finally,suggestionsareputforward,includingacceleratingtheconstructionoftaxpreferentialpolicysystem,expandingthescopeoffinancialsupport,andimprovingtheregulatorymechanismoftheserviceoutsourcingindustry.【Keywords】serviceoutsourcingindustry;financialandtaxpolicies;taxpreferentialpolicies;financialsupport;regulatorymechanism
