陕北石油钻井泥浆性能改进技术的开题报告【摘要】钻井泥浆是钻井过程中必不可少的一种工艺液体,其性能直接影响到钻井工程的安全、环保和经济效益。针对陕北地区石油钻井泥浆存在的性能指标不理想、易结团、易失水等问题,提出了一种钻井泥浆性能改进技术。本技术采用优质重晶石和钛白粉作为原材料,通过复合添加剂的设计和优化实现了钻井泥浆的增黏、抗盐、抗高温、抗压和降失水等性能指标的全面提升。通过实验验证,本技术具有稳定性好、施工方便、加工成本低等特点,可广泛应用于陕北石油钻井泥浆的生产和使用中。【关键词】钻井泥浆;性能改进;复合添加剂;降失水;增黏【Abstract】Drillingmudisanessentialprocessliquidinthedrillingprocess.Itsperformancedirectlyaffectsthesafety,environmentalprotectionandeconomicbenefitsofthedrillingengineering.Inviewoftheproblemsofpoorperformanceindicators,easyagglomerationandwaterlossinthedrillingmudofShaanbei,adrillingmudperformanceimprovementtechnologyisproposed.Inthistechnology,high-qualitybariteandtitaniumdioxideareusedasrawmaterials,andthecomprehensiveimprovementofperformanceindicatorssuchasviscosityenhancement,saltresistance,hightemperatureresistance,compressionresistanceandwaterlossreductionofdrillingmudisachievedthroughthedesignandoptimizationofcompositeadditives.Throughexperimentalverification,thistechnologyhasthecharacteristicsofgoodstability,convenientconstruction,andlowprocessingcost,andcanbewidelyusedintheproductionanduseofdrillingmudinShaanbei.【Keywords】Drillingmud;Performanceimprovement;Compositeadditives;Waterlossreduction;Viscosityenhancement
