两种手术方法重建伸肌腱止点的临床疗效分析的开题报告【摘要】伸肌腱止点损伤是常见的肘关节疾病，应用手术方法进行重建已成为目前治疗的主要方法之一。本研究旨在比较两种手术方法（传统肌腱缝合术和使用肌腱移植物的肌腱修复术）对伸肌腱止点重建效果的影响。我们将收集20例患者的资料，随机分配至两组，治疗方案分别为A组传统肌腱缝合术，B组肌腱修复术。术后对患者进行定期随访，并评估治疗效果。主要观察指标包括手术后的肘关节活动度、疼痛程度、肌力恢复等，以及手术并发症的发生情况。采用统计学方法对数据进行分析，比较两种手术方法的临床疗效及安全性，为临床提供科学的参考依据。【关键词】伸肌腱止点，手术治疗，肌腱缝合术，肌腱修复术，疗效分析【Abstract】Injuryofextensortendoninsertionisacommonelbowjointdisease,andsurgicalreconstructionhasbecomeoneofthemainmethodsoftreatment.Thisstudyaimstocomparetheeffectsoftwosurgicalmethods(traditionaltendonsutureandtendonrepairusingtendongrafts)onthereconstructionofextensortendoninsertion.Wecollecteddatafrom20patientsandrandomlyassignedthemtotwogroups,AgrouptraditionaltendonsutureandBgrouptendonrepair.Thepatientswerefollowedupregularlyaftersurgery,andthetherapeuticeffectswereevaluated.Themainobservationindicatorsincludepostoperativeelbowjointactivity,painlevel,musclestrengthrecovery,andtheincidenceofsurgicalcomplications.Statisticalmethodswereusedtoanalyzethedataandcomparetheclinicalefficacyandsafetyofthetwosurgicalmethods,providingascientificreferenceforclinicaltreatment.【Keywords】Extensortendoninsertion,surgicaltreatment,tendonsuture,tendonrepair,therapeuticeffectanalysis
