三种杀菌剂对玉米瘤黑粉病控制作用初探的中期报告AbstractInordertoexplorethecontroleffectofthreefungicidesonmaizesmutdisease,inthisstudy,threefungicides,namelyazoxystrobin,pyraclostrobin,andpropiconazole,wereusedforthetreatmentofmaizekernelsinfectedwithsmutdiseaseatdifferentconcentrations.Theresultsshowedthatallthreefungicidescouldeffectivelyinhibitthegrowthofsmutspores,andthehighertheconcentrationofthefungicide,thestrongertheinhibitoryeffect.Amongthem,azoxystrobinhasthebestcontroleffectonsmutdisease,followedbypyraclostrobin,andpropiconazolehastheleastcontroleffect.IntroductionMaizesmutdiseaseisacommonfungaldiseaseofmaize,whichiscausedbyUstilagomaydis.Thediseaseaffectsthegrowthanddevelopmentofmaize,reducesyield,andaffectsthequalityofthegrain.Inrecentyears,withthecontinuousdevelopmentofmodernagriculturaltechnology,chemicalcontrolhasbecomeoneofthemainmeasurestocontrolmaizesmutdisease.Atpresent,therearemanyfungicidesusedforthecontrolofmaizesmutdisease,includingazoxystrobin,pyraclostrobinandpropiconazole,etc.Therefore,thisstudyselectedthreefungicideswithdifferentmechanismsofactiontoexploretheircontroleffectsonsmutdisease.MaterialsandMethods1.MaterialsMaizekernelsinfectedwithsmutdiseasewerecollectedfromthefield.Azoxystrobin,pyraclostrobin,andpropiconazolefungicideswerepurchasedfromalocalagriculturalchemicalsstore.2.Method(1)Preparationofsterilizedwater:Putdistilledwaterintoacleancontainer,sealitwithplasticwrap,andsterilizeitat121°Cfor20minutes.(2)Preparationofdifferentconcentrationsofthefungicides:Azoxystrobin,pyraclostrobin,andpropiconazoleweredilutedinsterilizedwatertoobtaindifferentconcentrationsoffungicides.(3)Inoculationofmaizekernels:Themaizekernelswerecleanedandsterilizedwith70%ethanolfor1minute,thenrinsedthreetimeswithsterilizedwater,anddriedonsterilefilterpaper.Thedriedmaizekernelswereinoculatedwithsmutspores,andplacedinadark,humidenvironmentfor24hours.(4)Treatmentofinfectedmaizekernels:Theinfectedmaizekernelsweretreatedwithdifferentconcentrationsoffungicides,andthecontrolgr
