非小细胞肺癌FETNIMPET/CT乏氧显像临床研究的开题报告(Title):ClinicalStudyofFETNIMPET/CTHypoxiaImaginginNon-SmallCellLungCancer(Introduction):Non-smallcelllungcancer(NSCLC)isacommonmalignanttumorwithhighmortality.Hypoxia,whichiscausedbytheabnormalvasculatureinthetumor,isacharacteristicfeatureofsolidtumors,anditisassociatedwithtumorprogression,metastasis,resistancetoradiationandchemotherapy,andpoorprognosis.FETNIMPET/CThypoxiaimagingisarelativelynewimagingtechniquethatallowsfornoninvasivedetectionofhypoxiaintumors.ThisstudyaimstoinvestigatetheclinicalutilityofFETNIMPET/CThypoxiaimaginginNSCLC.(Objectives):ToevaluatethediagnosticperformanceofFETNIMPET/CThypoxiaimagingindistinguishingbetweenmalignantandbenignpulmonarynodulesinpatientswithNSCLC,andtoexplorethecorrelationbetweenFETNIMPET/CThypoxiaimagingparametersandpathologicalcharacteristicsofNSCLC.(Methods):Thiswillbeaprospectivestudy.Wewillenroll100patientswithNSCLCdiagnosedbyhistopathologicalexamination.AllpatientswillundergoFETNIMPET/CThypoxiaimagingbeforesurgery.TheFETNIMPET/CTimagedatawillbeanalyzedtoobtainavarietyofhypoxiaimagingparameters,suchasthemaximumstandardizeduptakevalue(SUVmax),tumor-to-backgroundratio(TBR),hypoxicvolume(HV),andtotallesionhypoxicburden(TLHB).Aftersurgery,thepathologicalcharacteristicsofthetumorswillbeobtained,includingTNMstage,histologicaltype,differentiationgrade,lymphnodestatus,andmolecularbiomarkers.(Expectedoutcomes):WehypothesizethatFETNIMPET/CThypoxiaimagingcanaccuratelyidentifymalignantpulmonarynodulesinpatientswithNSCLC,andthatthereisacorrelationbetweenFETNIMPET/CThypoxiaimagingparametersandpathologicalcharacteristicsofNSCLC.TheresultsofthisstudyareexpectedtoprovideanoninvasiveimagingtooltoaidinthediagnosisandcharacterizationofNSCLC,andtocontributetothedevelopmentofpersonalizedtreatmentstrategiesforNSCLCpatients.(Conclusion):FETNIMPET/CThypoxiaimaginghasthepotentialtobeavaluableimagingmethodforNSCLCdiagnosisandcharacterization.FurtherstudiesareneededtoconfirmtheclinicalutilityofFETNIMPET/CThypo
