牙科CAD/CAM用氧化锆陶瓷的颜色调控及其低温时效研究的开题报告摘要：氧化锆陶瓷作为牙科CAD/CAM系统中使用的材料，具有高强度和优良的生物相容性，在临床应用中获得了广泛的应用。然而，其颜色的稳定性与调控仍需进一步研究。本研究旨在探索牙科CAD/CAM氧化锆陶瓷的颜色调控原理，同时研究其低温时效对其颜色稳定性的影响。首先，通过文献综述和实验分析，探究氧化锆陶瓷颜色稳定性的影响因素。然后，选取适当的低温时效方式，对氧化锆陶瓷进行低温烧结，探讨其对颜色稳定性的影响。最后，通过使用颜色测量仪等工具，对氧化锆陶瓷的颜色进行定量分析，揭示其颜色调控机理。本研究的目的是探索氧化锆陶瓷的颜色调控原理，同时研究其低温时效对其颜色稳定性的影响。通过本研究，将为牙科CAD/CAM系统中氧化锆陶瓷的应用提供基础理论和技术支持。关键词：牙科CAD/CAM；氧化锆陶瓷；颜色调控；低温时效；颜色稳定性Abstract:ZirconiaceramicsasthematerialusedindentalCAD/CAMsystem,havehighstrengthandexcellentbiocompatibility,andhavebeenwidelyusedinclinicalpractice.However,thestabilityandcontrolofitscolorstillneedfurtherstudy.TheaimofthisstudyistoexplorethecolorcontrolprincipleofdentalCAD/CAMzirconiaceramics,andstudytheeffectoflowtemperatureagingonitscolorstability.Firstly,theinfluencingfactorsofcolorstabilityofzirconiaceramicsareexploredthroughliteraturereviewandexperimentalanalysis.Then,theappropriatelow-temperatureagingmethodisselectedtosinterzirconiaceramicsatlowtemperature,andtheeffectoncolorstabilityisstudied.Finally,thecolorofzirconiaceramicsisquantitativelyanalyzedbyusingcolormeasuringinstrumentandothertools,andthecolorcontrolmechanismisrevealed.Thepurposeofthisstudyistoexplorethecolorcontrolprincipleofzirconiaceramics,andstudytheeffectoflowtemperatureagingonitscolorstability.TheresearchwillprovidetheoreticalandtechnicalsupportfortheapplicationofzirconiaceramicsindentalCAD/CAMsystem.Keywords:DentalCAD/CAM;Zirconiaceramics;Colorcontrol;Lowtemperatureaging;Colorstability.
