HUNANUNIVERSITY毕业设计(论文)设计论文题目：公路建设工程计量支付系统的设计与实现华徳锋20041610310软件工程开发2班软件学院谢健林亚平2008年5月29日公路建设工程计量支付系统的设计与实现摘要近年来，随着我国对交通等基础建设投资力度的加大，为克服交通对区域经济发展的制约，公路建设出现了前所未有的发展局面。公路建设工程计量支付信息化建设的认识和研究也在逐步提高。公路建设工程计量支付控制着整个公路工程的工程量、支付金额、材料、进度等，是整个施工、监理业务过程的关键，起着非常重要的作用，直接影响了施工和监理工作的效率和进度等。论文主要结合现有的C/S模式的公路建设工程计量支付系统以及大量用户的反馈意见，在深入分析总结后，提出B/S模式公路建设工程计量支付系统的设计与实现。旨在通过现代化的信息技术和管理技术，以湖南省工程建设的管理模式为基础，整合工程建设过程中的基础数据和重要数据，为公路建设工程计量支付业务提供一个较好的解决方案，为施工监理人员提供一个形象、直观的操作平台。在该平台的支持下，对工程施工、监理实施有效的动态管理和控制，提高管理水平，控制投资和质量，实现公路建设管理的信息化，为项目投资的控制提供有力的决策支持，从而达到科学管理、降低风险、节约投资的目的。关键词：计量支付系统，工程计量，支付管理，公路工程MeasureandPaymentManagementSystemofHigthWayProjectAbstractIntherecentyears,theinvestmentonthebasicamusement,suchastransport,increaserapidly.Inordertothelowertheconstraintsofthetransportontheeconomydevelopment,theconstructionofthehighwaywasdevelopedrapidly.TheresearchoftheMPMSHP(MeasureandPaymentManagementSystemofHighwayProject)becomesmoreandmoreimportant.Itplayaimportantroleintheentireprojectbecauseitcontrolsthewholeworkload,defray,material,scheduleandsoon,whichdirectlyimpactsontheeffectiveandthescheduleoftheconstructandthesupervision.OnthebasisofC/SarchitectureMPMSHPandit’sfeedbackfromtheusers,thedocumentprovidesadesignandimplementationontheB/Sarchitecture.Thepurposeistoprovideabettersolutionforthepaymentoperationinthesystemandaintuitionisticoperationplatformtotheconstructorandthesupervisor,ItusesthemoderninformationandmanagementtechnologyandbaseonthemanagementmodeoftheHu’nanHighwayconstruction.Withthesupportoftheplatform,itworkseffectivelyintheprojectconstructionandsupervision,increasethemanagementcapability,andmaketheinvestmentandqualityunderthecontrol.Moreover,itmodernizesthemanagementoftheHighwaymanagementandplaysanimportantroleinthedecision-makingoftheprojectinvestment.Thereforeitreachesthegoaltomangeeffectively,reducetheriskandlowertheinvestment.Keywords：MeasureandPaymentManagementSystem,EngineeringMeasurement,PaymentManagement,Highwayproject目录TOC\o"1-4"\h\z\uHYPERLINK\l"_Toc200
