同步发电机电磁性能分析计算的中期报告AbstractInthisreport,theelectromagneticperformanceanalysisandcalculationofasynchronousgeneratorarepresented.Thecalculationsarebasedonfiniteelementmethod(FEM)usingANSYSsoftware.Themainobjectiveofthisstudyistodeterminethesteady-stateelectromagneticbehaviorofthegenerator.IntroductionSynchronousgeneratorsarewidelyusedinpowerplantsastheyareefficientandprovidestablepower.Inthisproject,weareanalyzingtheelectromagneticperformanceofasynchronousgenerator.Thegeneratorisoperatedatratedspeed,andthecalculationsareperformedatatemperatureof25°C.MethodologyThefiniteelementmethodisusedtoanalyzetheelectromagneticperformanceofthegenerator.Thegeneratorisdividedintodifferentsegmentsorregions,andeachsegmentismodeledusingtheANSYSsoftware.Themeshsizesandthenumberofelementsusedforeachsegmentdependonthecomplexitiesofthegeometry.ResultsTheresultsobtainedfromtheelectromagneticperformanceanalysisandcalculationarepresentedinthissection.ThefluxdensitydistributionintheairgapofthegeneratorisshowninFigure1.Thefigureshowsthatthefluxdensitynearthepoleshoeishigherthanthatneartheslotopening.Figure1.FluxdensitydistributionintheairgapofthegeneratorThetorqueproducedbythegeneratorisshowninFigure2.Itshowsthatthemaximumtorqueisobtainedwhenthefieldcurrentisatmaximum.Figure2.TorqueproducedbythegeneratorThevoltageregulationofthegeneratorisshowninFigure3.Itshowsthatthevoltagedropacrossthestatorwindingduetothearmaturereactionandresistancecausesadecreaseinthegeneratedvoltage.Figure3.VoltageregulationofthegeneratorConclusionInthisreport,wepresentedtheelectromagneticperformanceanalysisandcalculationofasynchronousgenerator.TheanalysiswasdoneusingthefiniteelementmethodandANSYSsoftware.Theresultsshowedthatthefluxdensitynearthepoleshoeishigherthanthatneartheslotopening,themaximumtorqueisobtainedwhenthefieldcurrentisatmaximum,andthevoltageregulationaffectsthegeneratedvoltage.Thesefindingswillbeusedtooptimizethedesignofthesynchronousgeneratortoimproveitsperformance.
