七氟烷后处理对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注时细胞凋亡的影响的开题报告Title:EffectsofPost-treatmentwithSevofluraneonCardiomyocyteApoptosisinRatMyocardialIschemia-ReperfusionModelIntroduction:Ischemia-reperfusioninjuryisacommoncomplicationofcardiovasculardiseasessuchasmyocardialinfarctionandstroke.Oneofthemechanismsunderlyingischemia-reperfusioninjuryisexcessiveapoptosisinaffectedcells.Sevofluraneisacommonlyusedanestheticagentincardiacsurgery,andhasbeenshowntohaveprotectiveeffectsinischemia-reperfusioninjury.However,theeffectsofpost-treatmentwithsevofluraneoncardiomyocyteapoptosisinaratmodelofmyocardialischemia-reperfusioninjuryhavenotbeenfullyelucidated.Objectives:Theaimofthisstudyistoinvestigatetheeffectsofpost-treatmentwithsevofluraneoncardiomyocyteapoptosisinaratmodelofmyocardialischemia-reperfusioninjury.Methods:MaleSprague-Dawleyratswillberandomlydividedintofourgroups:Sham(n=8),Control(n=8),Sevo1h(n=8),andSevo2h(n=8).TheratsintheControlgroupwillundergomyocardialischemia-reperfusioninjurywithoutanytreatment,whiletheratsintheSevo1handSevo2hgroupswillreceivetreatmentwith2%sevofluranefor1and2hours,respectively,aftertheischemia-reperfusioninjury.Theheartsoftheratswillbeharvestedafter24hoursofreperfusion,andmyocardialinfarctsizeandcardiomyocyteapoptosisratewillbeassessedusinghistologicalandbiochemicalmethods.ExpectedResults:Itishypothesizedthatpost-treatmentwithsevofluranewillattenuatemyocardialinfarctsizeandcardiomyocyteapoptosisintheratmodelofmyocardialischemia-reperfusioninjury.TheSevo2hgroupisexpectedtohavebetteroutcomesthantheSevo1hgroupandtheControlgroup.Conclusion:Thisstudymayprovideevidencefortheuseofpost-treatmentwithsevofluraneasatherapeuticstrategytoreducecardiomyocyteapoptosisandimproveoutcomesinpatientswithmyocardialischemia-reperfusioninjury.
