马尾松毛虫幼虫甲壳素的提取及其壳聚糖的制备的开题报告摘要：马尾松毛虫（DendrolimuspunctatusWalker）是一种重要的森林害虫，其幼虫富含甲壳素。本研究旨在开发一种高效的甲壳素提取方法，并利用提取得到的甲壳素制备壳聚糖。对马尾松毛虫幼虫进行初步处理后，采用酸、碱交替处理的方法提取甲壳素。通过对甲壳素进行FTIR和UV-Vis等分析手段，确认提取得到的甲壳素结构正确，纯度较高。然后将提取得到的甲壳素与葡萄糖酸钠反应，制备出壳聚糖。通过对壳聚糖进行XRD、FTIR和TGA等测试，证明制备得到的壳聚糖为低分子量的壳聚糖，其结构和性质均优良。本研究的结果表明，马尾松毛虫幼虫是一种很好的甲壳素资源，该提取方法简便、高效，且制备得到的壳聚糖在生物医学领域具有广泛的应用前景。关键词：马尾松毛虫；甲壳素；壳聚糖；提取；制备Abstract:ThelarvaeofDendrolimuspunctatusWalker,animportantforestpest,arerichinchitin.Theaimofthisstudywastodevelopanefficientmethodforchitinextractionandpreparationofchitosanfromtheextractedchitin.Afterpreliminaryprocessingofthelarvae,chitinwasextractedusinganacid/basealternatingmethod.TheextractedchitinwasextensivelycharacterizedbyFTIRandUV-Vistoconfirmitspurityandstructure.Theextractedchitinwasthenreactedwithsodiumgluconatetopreparechitosan.ThepreparedchitosanwascharacterizedbyXRD,FTIR,andTGAtoconfirmitsstructureandproperties.TheresultsshowedthatthelarvaeofDendrolimuspunctatusWalkerareagoodsourceofchitin.Theextractionmethodwassimpleandefficient,andthepreparedchitosanhadgoodpropertiesandpotentialapplicationsinbiomedicalfield.Keywords:DendrolimuspunctatusWalker;chitin;chitosan;extraction;preparation.
