微电网中电池储能系统的动态优化调度及可靠性建模问题研究的中期报告Abstract:Inrecentyears,thedevelopmentofmicrogridshasbecomeincreasinglyimportantforimprovingtheresilienceandreliabilityofpowersystems.Amongthevarioustypesofmicrogridcomponents,batteryenergystoragesystems(BESS)playacriticalroleinensuringthestabilityofthesystem.DynamicschedulingandreliabilitymodelingofBESSaretwoimportantissuesinmicrogridresearch.Thismidtermreportdiscussestheprogressoftheresearchonthesetwoissues.First,regardingthedynamicschedulingofBESSinmicrogrids,wehaveproposedadistributedalgorithmbasedontheconsensusalgorithm.Thisalgorithmcanachievereal-timeoptimizationofpowerconsumptionandbatterycharginganddischargingpowerconsideringthepowerconstraintsofthemicrogrid.Inaddition,tooptimizetheperformanceofthemicrogrid,wealsointroducedthepredictionofuncertainrenewableenergygenerationandloadforecasting,whichcanprovideaccuratepredictionsoffuturepowerconditionsforBESSscheduling.Second,forthereliabilitymodelingofBESSinmicrogrids,wehavedevelopedacomprehensiveevaluationmethodthattakesintoaccountboththeelectricalandmechanicalfailuresofBESS.BasedontheMarkovprocess,wehaveestablishedareliabilitymodelforBESSinthemicrogrid.ConsideringthecorrelationbetweenthecomponentsintheBESSandthesystem,weintroduceajointdistributionfunctiontoevaluatetheoverallreliabilityoftheBESS.ThesimulationresultsshowthattheproposedmodelcanaccuratelyevaluatethereliabilityoftheBESSinthemicrogrid.Keywords:microgrid,batteryenergystoragesystem,dynamicscheduling,reliabilitymodeling,consensusalgorithm,Markovprocess.1.IntroductionMicrogridisasmall-scalepowersystemthatintegratesmultipledistributedgenerationunits,loads,andenergystoragedevicesinageographicareaforstableandreliablepowersupply[1].Duetoitshighenergyefficiency,lowcarbonemissionsandlowoperatingcosts,microgridhasbecomeanimportantareaofpowersystemresearchinrecentyears.Batteryenergystoragesystem(BESS)isanimportantcomponentofamicrogrid.BESScanstoreexcesselectricityinthemicrogridduringperiodsoflowloadandreleaseitduringperiods
