PAGEIII中文题目：南宁市农业绿色发展问题及对策研究山西财经大学201X届本科生毕业论文（设计））摘要自古以来，在我国农业一直占据重要位置，农业为我国经济的发展提供强大动力。但随着工业快速发展和大量开采和使用化石能源，随之带来了土地污染、水污染等问题，严重破坏自然生态环境，从而导致我国农产品质量下降，资源匮乏，使得农业无法持续健康发展。随着社会经济的高速发展，我国居民的生活水平有所改善，因此，人们提高对农产品品质的要求，对农业生产环境有更高标准。受环境和资源的约束，我国农产品市场上出现农产品供给和人们需求不匹配的现象，由此，倒逼农业转型发展。为解决这些问题，实现农业健康发展，农业绿色发展势在必行。在南宁市近十年的GDP占比中，农业一直占比超过8%，但是南宁市的农业在发展过程中产生较大的污染排放，对生态环境造成较大的破坏。由此可以看出，推进农业绿色发展是南宁市农业发展的必由之路。本文以南宁市农业绿色发展为研究对象，运用因子法分析，在总结国内外农业发展模式和农业绿色发展状况的基础上，对农业绿色发展进行评价，并且根据南宁市农业绿色发展状况，从环境友好、绿色发展、人民生活水平和经济效益四个层面构建南宁市农业绿色发展评价指标体系。在此基础上对南宁市2014-2018年农药绿色发展情况做出估算，并对其进行评价。评价结果表明，南宁市农业绿色发展水平呈波动上升趋势。通过分析评估结果发现南宁市农业绿色发展存在以下问题：政府支农资金不足，农业生产环境较差；农业绿色发展缺乏科技支撑；经济效益持续放缓。关键词：农业绿色发展；因子分析法；问题对策AbstractSinceancienttimes,agriculturehasbeenplayinganimportantroleinourcountry.Agricultureprovidesastrongdrivingforcefortheeconomicdevelopmentofourcountry.However,withtherapiddevelopmentofindustryandthelarge-scaleexploitationanduseoffossilenergy,landpollution,waterpollutionandotherproblemshavebeenbroughtabout,whichhasseriouslydamagedthenaturalecologicalenvironment,resultinginthedeclineofthequalityofagriculturalproductsinChina,thelackofresources,andthesustainableandhealthydevelopmentofagriculture.Withtherapiddevelopmentofsocialeconomy,thelivingstandardsofChineseresidentshaveimproved,Therefore,peoplehavehigherrequirementsforthequalityofagriculturalproductsandhigherstandardsfortheagriculturalproductionenvironment.Restrictedbytheenvironmentandresources,thesupplyofhigh-qualityagriculturalproductsisinsufficientinChina'sagriculturalproductsmarket,andtheconsumers'requirementsforthequalityandsafetyofagriculturalproductsareconstantlyimproving.Atthistime,thereisamismatchbetweenthesupplyofagriculturalproductsandpeople'sdemand,whichforcesthetransformationanddevelopmentofagriculture.Inordertosolvetheseproblemsandrealizethehealthydevelopmentofagriculture,thegreendevelopmentofagricultureisimperative.Inthepasttenyears,agriculturehasaccountedformorethan8%ofNanning'sGDP,butintheprocessofdeve
