喷气织机六连杆打纬机构动态特性分析及优化的中期报告摘要：本文对喷气织机六连杆打纬机构的动态特性进行了分析，并提出了一种优化方案。首先，通过建立打纬机构的数学模型，利用MATLAB软件对其进行仿真分析，在考虑不同工作条件下的影响因素的基础上，得出了打纬机构的振动、位移和力学性能等关键参数。接着，针对现有机构的缺陷和不足，提出了一种新型打纬机构的设计方案，并通过仿真数据的对比分析证明了其性能优越性。最后，本文提出了进一步优化的建议，以期达到更优的机构设计效果。关键词：喷气织机；打纬机构；动态特性分析；优化设计Abstract:Thispaperanalyzesthedynamiccharacteristicsofthesix-linkbeatingmechanismofjetloomsandproposesanoptimizationscheme.First,themathematicalmodelofthebeatingmechanismisestablished,andMATLABsoftwareisusedforsimulationanalysis.Basedonconsideringtheinfluencefactorsunderdifferentworkingconditions,thekeyparameterssuchasvibration,displacement,andmechanicalperformanceofthebeatingmechanismareobtained.Then,aimingatthedeficienciesandshortcomingsoftheexistingmechanism,anewdesignschemeofthebeatingmechanismisproposed,andthesuperiorityofitsperformanceisprovedthroughcomparativeanalysisofsimulationdata.Finally,suggestionsforfurtheroptimizationareproposedtoachievebetterdesigneffects.Keywords:Jetloom;beatingmechanism;dynamiccharacteristicanalysis;optimizationdesign
