中专英语作业设计的有效性研究的开题报告Title:TheeffectivenessofdesigningEnglishhomeworkforvocationalcollegestudentsIntroduction:Vocationalcollegesprovidestudentswithapracticaleducationthatisrelevanttotheirfuturecareers.However,manyvocationalcollegestudentsstrugglewithlearningEnglish,whichcanhindertheirabilitytocommunicatewithclients,suppliers,andcolleaguesintheglobalmarketplace.Inresponsetothischallenge,somevocationalcollegeteachershavestartedtodesignEnglishhomeworkassignmentsthatarerelevanttotheirstudents'futureprofessions.Thisstudyaimstoevaluatetheeffectivenessofthisapproachanddeterminewhetheritcanimprovestudents'Englishlanguageproficiency,aswellastheirjobreadiness.ResearchQuestions:1.WhatistheimpactofEnglishhomeworkdesignedforvocationalcollegestudents'Englishlanguageproficiency?2.HowdoesEnglishhomeworkdesignedforvocationalcollegestudentsimpacttheirjobreadiness?3.WhatpedagogicalstrategiesaremosteffectiveindesigningEnglishhomeworkforvocationalcollegestudents?LiteratureReview:ThereisgrowingevidencethatdesigningEnglishhomeworkassignmentsthataredirectlyrelevanttostudents'futurecareerscanimprovetheirlanguageproficiencyandincreasetheirmotivationtolearn.Forexample,ChangandTseng(2016)foundthatusingrealisticscenariosinhomeworkassignmentsimprovedstudents'communicationskillsandtheirabilitytoworkinteams.Furthermore,Zuo,Wubulikasimu,andZhang(2019)showedthatusingatask-basedapproachtohomeworkdesignimprovedstudents'readingandwritingskills.Methodology:Thisstudywilluseamixed-methodsapproach,consistingofaquantitativesurveyandqualitativeinterviews.Thesurveywillbeadministeredtovocationalcollegestudents,whowillbeaskedtoratetheeffectivenessofEnglishhomeworkassignmentsdesignedfortheirfuturecareers.ThesurveywillincludeLikert-scalequestionstomeasuretheimpactofassignmentsonlanguageproficiencyandjobreadiness.Theinterviewswillbeconductedwithasampleofstudentswhohaveshownthehighestimprovementinlanguageproficiencyandjobreadiness.Theinterviewquestionswillprobehowspecifichomeworkassignmentshelpedthemdevelo
