本科生毕业论文中小企业融资存在的问题及对策---以温州中小企业为例院系名称会计学院姓名学号专业会计学指导教师教授2012年5月20日PAGE\*MERGEFORMATIV摘要改革开放以来，我国中小企业发展十分迅速，特别是中国加入世贸组织后，我国的中小企业如雨后春笋，迅速的发展壮大起来，并成为了我国国民经济增长的主要力量，在解决就业压力、维护社会稳定、推动经济发展和社会进步等方面都发挥着不可替代的重要作用。然而，相对于中小企业庞大的数量，其融资环境却一直不太理想，特别是自金融危机爆发后，广大的中小企业由于国际经形势的恶化造成企业效益日益下降，面对当前举步维艰的状况，许多的中小企业开始想尽办法进行融资，但是由于国内融资市场的不完善，不健全使得融资难已经成为制约广大中小企业生存和发展的重要因素。因此如何在短时间内改善中小企业的融资环境，解决其融资难的问题，对于促进中小企业的健康成长以及确保国民经济的稳定发展具有十分重要的意义。本文结合时下最热点的温州中小企业融资难问题来具体深入的分析当下中小企业所面临的困境是如何形成的，并借助这个案例详细的阐述中小企业在今后的发展中如何解决这一问题以及政府在中小企业发展中所应当发挥的重要作用。关键词：中小企业；融资；信用担保AbstractSincethereformandopeningup,themediumandsmallenterprisesinChinaisdevelopingveryrapidly,especiallyafterChina'sentryintotheWTO,themediumandsmallenterprisesinChinahavemushroomed,andrapiddevelopmentofthegrowing,andbecameanationaleconomicgrowthinChina'smainpower,insolvingtheemploymentpressure,maintainsocialstabilityandpromoteeconomicdevelopmentandsocialprogress,playsanirreplaceablerole.However,relativetothenumberofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisehuge,itsfinancingenvironmentbuthasnotbeenveryideal,especiallysincethefinancialcrisis,vastnumberofsmallandmedium-sizedenterpriseduetothedeteriorationoftheinternationalsituationcausedbytheenterprisebenefitdeclining,facingthecurrentropeystatus,manysmallandmedium-sizedenterprisebegantotrytheirbesttofinance,butbecauseofdomesticfinancingmarketimperfections,isnotsoundmakesfinancinghasbecomesmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesrestrictedthesurvivalanddevelopmentofimportantfactors.Sohowtoinashorttime,improvethesmallandmediumenterprisefinancingenvironment,solvetheproblemofthefinancingforsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisestopromotethehealthygrowthofthenationaleconomyandensurethestabledevelopmenthastheveryvitalsignificance.CombiningwiththehotspotnowadaysmostWENZHOUsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesfinancingproblemsspecifictotheanalysisofthepresentthedifficultiesfacedbysmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesishowtoform,andwiththeaidofthiscasedetailsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesinthedevelopmenthenceforthhow
