9种鳞毛蕨科植物总黄酮活性研究及红盖鳞毛蕨黄酮成分鉴定的开题报告摘要：鳞毛蕨科植物是一类被广泛应用于中药及食品添加剂中的常见植物。本研究旨在研究9种鳞毛蕨科植物的总黄酮活性，并进一步鉴定红盖鳞毛蕨中的黄酮成分。采用超声波提取法和样品稀释法测定了9种鳞毛蕨科植物的总黄酮含量，并通过DPPH自由基清除试验评估了它们的抗氧化活性。同时，使用液相色谱法和质谱法鉴定了红盖鳞毛蕨中的黄酮成分。结果表明，所有植物样品的总黄酮含量在0.371~5.697mg/g之间，抗氧化能力的IC50值在30.51~97.49μg/mL之间。红盖鳞毛蕨中检测到了6种黄酮类化合物，其中最主要的是儿茶酸。关键词：鳞毛蕨科植物；总黄酮含量；抗氧化；液相色谱法；质谱法；黄酮Abstract:ThePolypodiaceaefamilyofplantsisacommontypeofplantthatiswidelyusedinChinesemedicineandfoodadditives.Thisstudyaimstoinvestigatethetotalflavonoidactivityof9PolypodiaceaefamilyplantsandtofurtheridentifytheflavonoidcomponentsintheRed-scaledPolypody.Thetotalflavonoidcontentof9Polypodiaceaeplantswasdeterminedbyultrasoundextractionandsampledilutionmethod,andtheirantioxidantactivitywasassessedbyDPPHfreeradicalscavengingassay.Atthesametime,liquidchromatographyandmassspectrometrywereusedtoidentifytheflavonoidcomponentsinRed-scaledPolypody.Theresultsshowedthatthetotalflavonoidcontentofallplantsampleswasbetween0.371and5.697mg/g,andtheIC50valueoftheirantioxidantcapacitywasbetween30.51and97.49μg/mL.SixflavonoidcompoundsweredetectedinRed-scaledPolypody,amongwhichthemostimportantonewascatechin.Keywords:Polypodiaceaeplants;totalflavonoidcontent;antioxidant;liquidchromatography;massspectrometry;flavonoids
