团体辅导对内蒙古高职院校贫困生自我认知的干预研究的中期报告【摘要】本研究旨在探讨团体辅导对内蒙古高职院校贫困生自我认知的干预效果。采用问卷调查和访谈的方法进行数据收集和分析，先对贫困生自我认知现状进行了调查，发现他们的自我认知存在着认知偏差、自卑状况等问题。然后进行了团体辅导干预，包括认知重构、情感疏导、行动计划等内容。最后再次进行问卷调查和访谈，结果表明，团体辅导能够有效提高贫困生的自我认知水平，他们的自我认知变得更加准确、积极，自信程度明显提升。【关键词】团体辅导；贫困生；自我认知；干预效果【Abstract】Thisstudyaimstoexploretheeffectofgroupcounselingontheself-awarenessofpoorstudentsinInnerMongoliavocationalcolleges.Datawerecollectedandanalyzedthroughquestionnairesurveyandinterview.Firstly,thecurrentsituationofself-awarenessofpoorstudentswassurveyed,whichfoundthattheirself-awarenesshadcognitivebias,inferioritycomplexandotherproblems.Then,groupcounselinginterventionwascarriedout,whichincludedcognitiverestructuring,emotionalrelease,actionplanningandothercontents.Finally,thequestionnairesurveyandinterviewwereconductedagain.Theresultsshowedthatgroupcounselingcouldeffectivelyimprovetheself-awarenesslevelofpoorstudents,andtheirself-awarenessbecamemoreaccurate,positive,andconfidencesignificantlyimproved.【Keywords】groupcounseling;poorstudents;self-awareness;interventioneffect
