摘要亲社会行为是人们形成和维持人际关系的基础，是人在成长过程中不可缺少的社会性方面的发展。亲社会行为的发展是幼儿道德发展的核心，它的形成和发展是道德认知，道德情感体验及道德行为结合的产物，这对其今后的道德发展有着十分重要的影响。因此要加强教师、幼儿园以及家庭对幼儿亲社会行为的重视，为幼儿创设积极良好的发展环境，促进幼儿社会领域方面的发展。本研究运用观察法了解山西省武乡县某村X幼儿园大班幼儿亲社会行为的现状，利用访谈法、文献法分析该园幼儿亲社会行为的影响因素，发现了幼儿的同伴关系、认知能力、移情能力、幼儿教师的专业水平、教师的积极反应、教师的教育引导行为、幼儿园的园所条件、家园共育、家庭的氛围、教养方式对幼儿亲社会行为有着不同的影响。针对现状及影响因素从教师、幼儿园和家庭这三方面提出了培养幼儿亲社会行为的策略。关键词：农村幼儿；亲社会行为；现状AbstractPro-socialbehavioristhebasisforpeopletoformandmaintaininterpersonalrelationships,anditisanindispensablesocialdevelopmentintheprocessofgrowth.Thedevelopmentofpro-socialbehavioristhecoreofchildren'smoraldevelopment.Itsformationanddevelopmentisthecombinationofmoralcognition,moralemotionalexperienceandmoralbehavior,whichhasaveryimportantimpactontheirfuturemoraldevelopment.Therefore,teachers,kindergartensandfamiliesshouldpaymoreattentiontochildren'spro-socialbehaviors,createapositiveandgooddevelopmentenvironmentforchildren,andpromotethedevelopmentofchildren'ssocialfieldsThisstudyusesobservationmethodtounderstandthecurrentsituationofpreschoolers'pro-socialbehaviorinkindergartenXofavillageinWuxiangCounty,ShanxiProvince.Itusesinterviewmethodandliteraturemethodtoanalyzetheinfluencingfactorsofpreschoolers'pro-socialbehavior,andfindsoutthepeerrelationship,cognitiveability,empathyability,teachers'professionallevel,teachers'positiveresponse,teachers'educationalguidancebehavior,kindergartenconditions,home-kindergarteneducation,familyatmosphereandeducationstylehavedifferenteffectsonchildren'spro-socialbehavior.Inviewofthecurrentsituationandtheinfluencingfactors,thispaperputsforwardthestrategiesofcultivatingchildren'spro-socialbehaviorfromthethreeaspectsofteachers,kindergartensandfamilies.Keywords：RuralChildren;Pro-socialBehavior;Presentsituation目录TOC\o"1-3"\h\z\uHYPERLINK\l"_Toc5381"一、引言PAGEREF_Toc5381-1-HYPERLINK\l"_Toc27793"（一）研究来源及意义PAGEREF_Toc27793-1-HYPERLINK\l"_Toc28066"1.研究来源PAGEREF_Toc28066-1-HYPERLINK\l"_Toc8385"2.研究意义PAGEREF_Toc8385-1-HY
