IVF周期中最佳获卵数及双阴性T细胞在URSA中的作用研究的开题报告Title:OptimalOocyteRetrievalandRoleofDoubleNegativeTCellsinUnexplainedRecurrentSpontaneousAbortionduringIVFCycleIntroduction:Invitrofertilization(IVF)isawidelyusedassistedreproductivetechnologytohelpinfertilecouplesconceive.However,IVFcyclescanbecomplicatedandoftenresultinunsatisfactoryoutcomes.Onesuchissueisunexplainedrecurrentspontaneousabortion(URSA),whichaffectsabout1-2%ofcouplesundergoingIVFtreatment.URSAreferstothelossoftwoormorepregnanciesbefore20weeksofgestationwithoutanyknowncause.TheoptimalnumberofoocytestoberetrievedduringIVFcycleandtheroleofdoublenegativeTcellsinURSAarestillnotwellunderstood.Objective:TheaimofthisresearchistodeterminetheoptimalnumberofoocytestoberetrievedduringIVFcycleandtoinvestigatetheroleofdoublenegativeTcellsinURSA.Methods:ThisstudyisaprospectivecohortstudyinvolvingwomenundergoingIVFtreatment.Thesamplesizewillbedeterminedusingappropriatestatisticalmethods.AllparticipantswillundergothestandardIVFprotocol.Thenumberofoocytesretrievedwillberecorded,andthepregnancyoutcomeswillbedocumented.AsubgroupofparticipantswithURSAwillbeidentified,andthelevelsofdoublenegativeTcellswillbemeasuredandcomparedwiththoseofhealthycontrols.Thedatawillbeanalyzedusingappropriatestatisticaltests.Expectedoutcomes:WehypothesizethattheoptimalnumberofoocytestoberetrievedduringIVFcyclewillbebetween10-15.WealsopredictthatthelevelsofdoublenegativeTcellswillbehigherinwomenwithURSAcomparedtohealthycontrols.Ifourhypothesesareconfirmed,thisstudycouldprovidevaluableinsightsintoimprovingIVFoutcomesandpreventingURSA.Conclusion:ThisresearchaimstoaddresstheknowledgegapintheoptimalnumberofoocytestoberetrievedduringIVFcycleandtheroleofdoublenegativeTcellsinURSA.Thefindingsfromthisstudycouldhavesignificantimplicationsinthefieldofassistedreproductionandreproductiveimmunology.
