京江学院JINGJIANGCOLLEGEOFJIANGSUUNIVERSITY本科毕业论文我国中小企业融资研讨TheresearchonsmallandmediumenterprisesfinancinginChina先生学号：先生姓名：专业班级：指点教师姓名：张跃红指点教师职称：讲师2012年6月我国中小企业融资研究江苏大学学士学位论文PAGEIIPAGEII我国中小企业融资研讨摘要改革开放以来，我国经济的高速发展，中小企业是经济发展中最为活跃的要素。在全部国民经济中发挥侧重要的作用，为我国的经济增长做出了很大的贡献。然而与中小企业的发展不相适应的是，我国的金融体制改革相对来说落后，中小企业的融资问题显得十分严重，占全国企业总数99%以上的中小企业占有的贷款资源不超过20%，其中77%面临着资金短缺的问题。我们必须解决这些问题，多给中小企业融资创造有益的条件，促使它们在未来发挥更加重要的作用。在世界的一些发达国家和地区，中小企业在其国民经济中的比重相当高，如美国、英国、日本的国民经济中中小企业的比重都超过90%。它们在发展的过程中都或多或少的也遇到融资方面的各种困难。但是，政府为其提供了许多的支持，帮助他们消除妨碍，使中小企业融资问题得到毕竟的解决。通过具体的研讨和分析，在政策上对企业进行调整和中小企业本身的完善，同样会让中小企业的融资的难题得到解决的，从而推动国民经济的稳定和快速的发展。本文反映中小企业融资难的呼声越来越大的问题，而且发展阻力也越来越多，同时也指出各国家各地区中小企业的融资困难的缘由,并提出了有关的对策,为发展中小企业融资提出了措施和建议，使中小企业在国民经济中的地位有长足、健康和快速的发展。关键词:中小企业信誉担保融资途径TheresearchonsmallandmediumenterprisesfinancinginChinaAbstractSincethereformandopeningup,Chineseeconomydevelopsveryfast.Smallandmedium-sizedenterprisesplaythemostdynamicroleinthecourse,contributingalottotheChineseeconomicgrowth.However,thefinancialsystemreformisrelativelybackward,financingoftheSMEfacedupwithseveredifficulties,morethan99%ofSMEcountinglessthan20%oftheloanresources,77%ofthemexperiencingfinancialshortage,whichfailstofitintheSMEdevelopment.Inconsequences,wemustfindthesolutions.ItisessentialtocreatebetterconditionsfortheSMEfortheirmoreimportantroleinthefuture.InsomedevelopedcountriesandregionsincludingtheUSA,theUK,Japan,smallandmedium-sizedenterprisespresentmorethan90%innationaleconomy.Theyalsometmoreorlessthefinancingdifficulties.Butallkindsofsubstantialsupportsfromgovernmenteliminatethesebarriersforthem.Accordingtoconcreteresearchesandanalysis,wefindanothersolutionforthefinancingdifficulties:self-perfectionoftheenterprisesthemselvesthroughpoliciesinordertopromotetherapideconomicandstabledevelopment.ThispaperreflectstheincreasinglysevereprobleminfinancingandinfuturedevelopmenttheSMEarefacedupwith.Italsopointsoutthemainreasonfortheproblemaswellasrelevantsolutions,whichhelpstocreateanenvironment
