一项315例克罗恩病患者首次手术危险因素的队列研究的开题报告Title:RiskFactorsforFirst-timeSurgeryin315PatientswithCrohn'sDisease:ACohortStudyBackground:Crohn'sdiseaseisaninflammatoryboweldiseasethatcancausecomplicationssuchasstricturesandfistulas,leadingtotheneedforsurgicalintervention.Identifyingriskfactorsforfirst-timesurgeryinpatientswithCrohn'sdiseasemayhelpimprovepatientmanagementandoutcomes.Objective:Thisstudyaimstoidentifytheriskfactorsforfirst-timesurgeryinpatientswithCrohn'sdisease.Methods:Thisisaretrospectivecohortstudyof315patientswithCrohn'sdiseasewhounderwenttheirfirstsurgerybetweenJanuary1,2010,andDecember31,2020,atasingletertiaryhospital.Medicalrecordswillbereviewedtocollectdemographicinformation,clinicalcharacteristics,laboratoryresults,imagingfindings,andsurgicaldetails.Patientswhounderwentsurgeryforanon-inflammatoryboweldisease-relatedconditionwillbeexcluded.Descriptivestatisticswillbeusedtosummarizethedata,andlogisticregressionwillbeperformedtoidentifytheriskfactorsforfirst-timesurgery.Expectedresults:Weexpecttoidentifyriskfactorsforfirst-timesurgeryinpatientswithCrohn'sdisease,suchasage,sex,diseaseduration,diseaselocation,diseasebehavior,smokingstatus,anduseofimmunosuppressivemedication.Theseresultsmayhelpidentifypatientswhoareathigherriskforsurgeryandallowforearlierinterventionandmanagement.Conclusion:Theidentificationofriskfactorsforfirst-timesurgeryinpatientswithCrohn'sdiseasemayhelpimprovepatientmanagementandoutcomes.TheresultsofthisstudymayalsoinformthedevelopmentofguidelinesandrecommendationsforthemanagementofCrohn'sdisease.
