旋转气流控制激光切割特种钢薄板试验研究的综述报告AbstractInrecentyears,withthedevelopmentoflasertechnology,theapplicationoflasercuttingtechnologyinthecuttingofspecialsteelhasbecomeahottopicinthefieldofmaterialprocessing.Inparticular,theapplicationofrotatingairflowcontrolinlasercuttingofspecialsteelsheetshasattractedtheattentionofresearchers.Thispaperreviewstherelevantresearchontheapplicationofrotatingairflowcontrollasercuttingtechnologyinspecialsteelsheetcutting,includingtheprincipleofrotatingairflowcontrol,thecuttingcharacteristicsofspecialsteelsheets,andthemainfactorsaffectingthecuttingqualityandefficiencyofrotatingairflowcontrollasercuttingtechnology.Finally,thefuturedevelopmentprospectsofrotatingairflowcontrollasercuttingtechnologyinspecialsteelcuttingareanalyzed.Keywords:rotatingairflowcontrol,lasercutting,specialsteel,cuttingquality,cuttingefficiencyIntroductionInrecentyears,specialsteelhasbeenwidelyusedinaviation,aerospace,andotherhigh-techfieldsduetoitsexcellentmechanicalproperties,corrosionresistance,andwearresistance.However,thecuttingofspecialsteelsheetshasalwaysbeenadifficultprobleminthefieldofmaterialprocessingduetoitshighhardness,highstrength,andhighmeltingpoint.Thetraditionalcuttingmethodssuchasmechanicalcuttingandplasmacuttinghavelowcuttingefficiencyandpoorcuttingquality,whichcannotmeettherequirementsofhighprecisionandhighefficiencyinengineeringapplications.Withthedevelopmentoflasertechnology,theapplicationoflasercuttingtechnologyinthecuttingofspecialsteelhasbecomeahotresearchtopic.Amongthem,therotatingairflowcontrollasercuttingtechnologyisanewandpromisingcuttingmethod,whichhasthecharacteristicsofhighcuttingefficiency,highcuttingquality,andhighcuttingprecision.Ithasattractedtheattentionofmanyresearchersandhasbeenwidelyusedinthecuttingofspecialsteelsheets.PrincipleofrotatingairflowcontrolTherotatingairflowcontrollasercuttingtechnologyisbasedontheprincipleofutilizingtheturbulentflowofgasgeneratedbytherotationofthenozzletoimprovethecuttingqualityandefficiency.AsshowninF
