农村小学英语师资现状及改善对策研究——基于区域教研的视角的中期报告摘要：随着农村教育的发展，小学英语教育得到了越来越多的关注。但是，农村小学英语师资现状的不足依然是制约其发展的关键问题之一。本文旨在通过对区域教研的调查分析，揭示农村小学英语师资现状的现状和存在的问题，并提出相应的改善对策。调查结果显示，农村小学英语教师的教学水平普遍较低，缺乏专业教育和培训机会，同时，农村英语教育环境也存在很大的差距。本文建议，应加强农村小学英语教师的培训和提升，提供更多的专业学习机会，同时积极改善农村小学英语教育环境，促进教师和学生的交流与互动，提升教育质量。关键词：农村小学英语；英语师资；区域教研；改善对策Abstract:Withthedevelopmentofruraleducation,primaryschoolEnglisheducationhasreceivedmoreandmoreattention.However,theshortageofruralprimaryschoolEnglishteachingstaffisstilloneofthekeyproblemsrestrictingitsdevelopment.ThispaperaimstorevealthecurrentsituationandexistingproblemsofruralprimaryschoolEnglishteachingstaffthroughinvestigationandanalysisofregionalteachingandresearch,andproposescorrespondingimprovementstrategies.TheinvestigationresultsshowthattheteachinglevelofEnglishteachersinruralprimaryschoolsisgenerallylow,lackofprofessionaleducationandtrainingopportunities,andthereisalsoagreatgapintheEnglisheducationenvironmentofruralareas.ThispapersuggeststhatweshouldstrengthenthetrainingandimprovementofruralprimaryschoolEnglishteachers,providemoreprofessionallearningopportunities,andactivelyimprovetheEnglisheducationenvironmentofruralprimaryschools,promoteteacher-studentcommunicationandinteraction,andimproveeducationquality.Keywords:ruralprimaryschoolEnglish;Englishteachingstaff;regionalteachingandresearch;improvementstrategies.
