海洛因依赖90例临床分析【摘要】目的探讨本地吸毒者的社会人口学特点、导致吸毒的心理社会因素、吸毒及戒毒状况。方法对住入我院戒毒的90例患者进行临床分析，戒毒治疗方法主要为肌肉注射或口服替代药，同时给予对症治疗，支持疗法和心理治疗及多种方法合并使用的综合疗法。结果(1)男性明显多于女性(P＜)，21～30岁者、初中文化、个体户及无业人员约占2/3；(2)初始吸毒原因主要为好奇心驱使，其次为不良亲友影响；(3)所用毒品均为海洛因，以吸为主，平均用量＜1g/d者占半数，吸毒时间3个月～10年，成瘾表现为吸毒后感到舒适、欣快、轻松、兴奋等，戒断症状表现为流泪、流鼻涕、疼痛、烦躁等，吸毒对心理行为的影响表现为情绪不稳、不关心家庭成员、说谎等；(4)64例此前曾戒毒1～3次，本次自愿戒毒主要原因为经济困难。治疗中无一例发生意外或重大不良反应，出院时大多戒断症状消失，尿液检查均为阴性。结论应用综合疗法，解除躯体依赖症状，疗效满意。【关键词】海洛因药物依赖戒毒禁毒【Abstract】ObjectiveTostudythenativejunkiesofsocialpopulationcharacteristics，themind/socialagentofthecountingonofdrug，theconditionsofthedrugabuseandAclinicalanalysiswasdoneon90casesinourmethodofdetoxificationwascardinaltoinjectforthemuscleortakeorallydrugofactingfor.Atthesametime，thepatientsweregivenexpectanttreatment，supportingtreatment，psychotherapyandcombined(1)Themalewasmuchmoreobviousthanfemale.21～30yearsold，juniorhighschool，hucksterandloaferdistinguishoccupiedabout2/3.(2)Theprimaryreasonthatabusedthedrugcardinalwasforcuriosity，andtheminoronewastheeffectofthebadfriendsandrelatives.(3)Thedrugusedisallforheroin.Regardinhalingasthelord.Averagedosage＜1g/doccupythehalfthenumber.Timescopethatdrugabusedwas3months～10years(themedianwasyears).Thehabituationperformancefeelcomfortable，euphoria，relaxedandexcitingetcafterabusingthedrug.Symptomsofwithdrawalperformanceshedtears，runatthenose，ache，fidgetyetc.Theeffectofdrugonthemind/behaviorperformancewasunsteadyforemotion，carelessofthefamilymemberandtoldalieetc.(4)64cases(%)detoxificationhadeverbeendetoxification1～3timesbefore.Thistimevoluntarilythecardinalreasonindetoxificationwaseconomydifficulty.Theaccidentorimportantadversereactionwerenotoccurincourseoftreatment.Whilegettingoutofthehospital，themajoritysuffererswithdrawalsymptomsdisappeared.ExaminationofurinewasallItiseffectivetorelievethesymptomsofphysicaldependencebyapplyingcombinedtreatment.【Keywords】heroindrugdependencedetoxificationforbidstheillicitdrugabuseandtrade第二次世界大战后，很多国家的海洛因成瘾人数剧增。20世纪80年代末期，我国出现毒品滥用问题。目前，境外毒源有增无减，国内吸毒人数不断增多［1］。据统计，我国登记在册的吸
