降解PBS菌株的选育及其解聚酶的研究的综述报告IntroductionPolybutylenesuccinate(PBS)isatypeofbiodegradablepolymerthathasbecomeincreasinglypopularinrecentyearsduetoitsenvironmentallyfriendlycharacteristicsandpotentialapplicabilityinvariousindustries.However,thelimitedabilityofmicroorganismstodegradePBShasbecomeamajorroadblockinitslarge-scaleproductionandapplication.OnesolutiontothisproblemistheselectionandbreedingofPBS-degradingbacteria,whichcanacceleratethedegradationofPBSandenhanceitsbiodegradability.ThisreviewaimstosummarizethecurrentresearchontheselectionandbreedingofPBS-degradingbacteria,aswellastheirdepolymeraseenzymes.SelectionandBreedingofPBS-DegradingBacteriaTheselectionandbreedingofPBS-degradingbacteriainvolvetwomainapproaches:isolationandscreeningofnaturalPBS-degradingbacteriaandgeneticengineeringofbacteriatoexpressPBS-degradingenzymes.Bothtechniqueshavebeenappliedsuccessfullyinrecentstudies.IsolationandscreeningofnaturalPBS-degradingbacteriaThemostcommonapproachtoselectingPBS-degradingbacteriaisbyisolatingthemfromPBScontaminatedenvironments,suchassoil,water,orcompost.TheselectionprocessusuallystartsbyscreeningbacteriawithclearzonesofPBSdegradationonaPetridishcontainingPBSasthesolecarbonsource.OncethePBS-degradingbacteriaareidentified,theyarefurthertestedfortheirabilitytodegradePBSinliquidculture,undervariousconditions.SeveralstudieshavebeenconductedtoisolateandscreenPBS-degradingbacteriafromvariousenvironments.Forexample,Kuniokaetal.(2013)isolatedninePBS-degradingbacteriafromsludgesamplesandidentifiedBacillusfirmusstrainTB-23asthemostefficientdegrader.Inanotherstudy,Zhaoetal.(2015)isolatedandscreened52PBS-degradingbacteriafromsoilsamples,amongwhichfourstrainsshowedhigherdegradationratesthantheothers.GeneticengineeringofbacteriaforPBSdegradationAnotherapproachtogeneratingPBS-degradingbacteriaisthroughgeneticengineering,whichinvolvesintroducinggenesthatencodemonomer-specificdepolymerasesorotherenzymesthatfacilitatePBSdegradation.Theadvantageofthisapproachisthatitenablest
