中日麻醉学研究论文1999年-2008年调查分析李志，俞卫锋，杨立群，孙玉明第二军医大学东方肝胆外科医院麻醉科【摘要】目的分析中国大陆、台湾和香港地区1999年-2008年在国际主流麻醉学杂志发表论文的情况，并与日本比较，以评价中国麻醉学研究的现况。方法检索21本国际主流麻醉学杂志，分析各地发表论文的数量，分析各地论文的影响因子（IF）和引用情况，并分析高影响力杂志上各地发表文献的情况。结果1999-2008年中国地区共发表721篇论文，大陆204篇、台湾地区317篇和香港200篇，日本一共发表了2053篇。整个中国地区文献数量从1999年的50篇逐步升至2008年的101篇，日本论文数量则呈显著下降趋势（P=0.019）。大陆地区的论文数量逐渐增加，并且分别在2005年超过了香港，2008年超过了台湾地区。整个中国地区合计的论文IF为1731.32，低于日本的5082.49，大陆地区论文的平均IF为2.70，高于台湾地区、香港和日本。10年来中国地区论文总计被引5059次，低于日本的13993次，中国地区所有论文平均被引6.83次，日本为6.82次，中国大陆地区为5.60次。中国地区累计在8本高影响力杂志上发表论文448篇，日本发表了1303篇。结论中国在近10年来在国际主流杂志发表论文数量逐渐增加，尤其是大陆地区进步较快，但高影响力杂志发表的论文仍然偏少，论文质量仍有待于进一步提高，和日本仍有较大的差距。【关键词】麻醉学；科学英文索引；期刊引证报告；影响因子ScientificpublicationsinanesthesiologyjournalsfromChineseandJapaneseauthors:a10-yearsurveyofliterature(1999-2008)[Abstract]ObjectiveToevaluatetheresearchstatusinanesthesiologyamongChineseindividualsinthethreemajorregionsofChina—Mainland(ML),HongKong(HK)andTaiwan(TW),comparingwithJapan.MethodsAsearchthroughthe21internationaljournalsinanesthesiologywasperformed.Thenumberoftotalarticles,clinicaltrial(CT),randomizedcontrolledtrial(RCT),impactfactors(IF),citations,andarticlespublishedinhighimpactedjournalswereconductedforanalysis.ResultsTherewere721articlesfromML(204),TW(317)andHK(200)from1999to2008,and2053fromJapan.TheannualtotalnumbersofarticlesfromChinaincreasedgraduallyfrom1999to2008(from50to101),butthoseofJapandecreasedsignificantly(P=0.019).From2005onwards,thenumberofarticlespublishedfromMLexceededthatfromHKandin2008MLexceededTW.TheaccumulatedIFofChina(1731.32)waslowerthanthatofJapan(5082.49).MLhadthehighestaverageIFof2.70.ThetotalcitationsofthearticlesfromChina(5059)werelowerthanthosefromJapan(13993).ThemeancitationsofeacharticleofChinaandJapanwere6.83and6.82,respectively.MLhadthelowestmeancitationsof5.60.ChinaandJapanpublished448and1303articlesonthe8highimpactedjournals,respectively.ConclusionsThetotalnumbersofarticlesinChinaincreasedmarkedlyinthepast10years,especiallytheML.However,Chinalacksmorepublicationsinthehighimp
