云南省农村乡镇卫生院人力资源现状与对策研究的中期报告云南省农村乡镇卫生院人力资源现状与对策研究的中期报告摘要：本研究旨在通过对云南省农村乡镇卫生院现有人力资源的调查和分析，探讨人力资源短缺的原因以及解决办法，为乡镇卫生院的管理和发展提供参考。研究采取问卷调查的方式，共有收到有效问卷312份。研究结果表明，目前云南省乡镇卫生院人力资源存在相对严重的问题，主要表现为缺乏人才、人才流失率高、培训不足、不稳定等。造成这一问题主要原因包括乡镇卫生院福利待遇不高、发展前景不明确、工作压力大等。为了解决这一问题，有必要加强乡镇卫生院中年轻医生的培训和发展机会，提高其工作满意度和归属感，同时也要加强对乡镇卫生院的投入和管理，提高其管理水平，从而提高乡镇卫生院的发展水平和医疗服务质量。关键词：乡镇卫生院；人力资源；问题；解决办法Abstract:ThisstudyaimstoinvestigateandanalyzetheexistinghumanresourcesinruraltownshiphealthcentersinYunnanProvince,explorethecausesofhumanresourceshortagesandsolutions,andprovidereferencesforthemanagementanddevelopmentoftownshiphealthcenters.Theresearchadoptedaquestionnairesurvey,withatotalof312validquestionnairesreceived.TheresearchresultsshowthattherearerelativelyseriousproblemsinhumanresourcesinruraltownshiphealthcentersinYunnanProvince,mainlymanifestedintalentshortage,hightalentturnoverrate,inadequatetraining,andinstability.Themainreasonsforthisproblemincludethelowwelfarebenefitsanduncleardevelopmentprospectsoftownshiphealthcenters,aswellasthelargeworkpressure.Tosolvethisproblem,itisnecessarytostrengthenthetraininganddevelopmentopportunitiesforyoungdoctorsintownshiphealthcenters,improvetheirjobsatisfactionandsenseofbelonging,andalsostrengthentheinvestmentandmanagementoftownshiphealthcenters,andimprovetheirmanagementlevel.Theaimistoimprovethedevelopmentlevelandmedicalservicequalityoftownshiphealthcenters.Keywords:ruraltownshiphealthcenter;humanresources;problem;solution
