动车组轮对组成对动力学性能影响的中期报告摘要:本文对动车组轮对组成对动力学性能的影响进行了中期报告,基于实验数据和模拟结果分析了轮轴数量、轮径、轮距、轮对类型和轮对摆放方式等因素对动车组运行性能的影响。结果表明,增加轮轴数量、采用大直径轮对和增加轮距可以提高动车组的稳定性和弯道通过能力;采用橡胶轮对和悬挂式轮对可以降低噪音和振动,提高乘坐舒适度;采用交叉式轮对摆放方式可以降低轮渡时的侧向力和动车组的侧倾倾角。未来的工作将继续深入研究不同轮对组合对动车组动力学性能的影响,以优化动车组设计和运行管理。关键词:动车组;轮对组成;动力学性能IntroductionAsanewtypeofhigh-speedtrain,thedynamicsperformanceoftheEMU(electricmultipleunit)hasagreatimpactonitssafety,comfortandefficiency.ThewheelsetisthekeycomponentofEMU,anditscombinationhasasignificanteffectonthedynamicsperformanceofEMU.Inrecentyears,alotofresearcheshavebeencarriedoutonthedynamicsperformanceofdifferentwheelsetscombinations,butmostofthemarefocusontheoreticalanalysisornumericalsimulation.Fewstudiesareavailablebasedonexperimentalverification,especiallythecomparisonofmultipleparameterscombinations.Inthisreport,wepresenttheexperimentaldataandsimulationresultsofthedynamicsperformanceofdifferentwheelsetcombinationsforEMU.Theeffectsofwheelaxlenumber,wheeldiameter,wheelspacing,wheelsettypeandwheelsetlayoutontherunningstability,curvenegotiationability,noiseandvibration,andlateralforceduringwheelcrossingareanalyzed.Basedontheanalysis,recommendationsforwheelsetcombinationoptimizationareprovided.ExperimentalSetupTheexperimentswereconductedonaspeciallydesignedtestrig,whichconsistsofatrackandtractionsystemforEMU,aswellasadataacquisitionsystemformeasurementoftraindynamicsparameters.TheEMUusedintheexperimentsisaChina-madehigh-speedtrainwithamaximumoperatingspeedof350km/h.DifferentwheelsetcombinationsweretestedonthesameEMU,includingdifferentaxlenumber(7,8,9),wheeldiameter(920mm,950mm,980mm),wheelspacing(2450mm,2700mm,2950mm),wheelsettype(rubber-tired,air-sprung,steel-wheel,andcross-laid)andwheelsetlayout(parallelandcross-laid).Thetestrunswereperformedundervariousconditions,includingdifferenttrainspeeds,degreesofcurvature,andwheelprofiles.ResultsandAnalysisRunningStabilityTherunningstabilityofEMUisaffectedbymanyfactors,suchasvehiclespeed,wheelsetquality,trackirregularity,andwindvelocity.I
