CE-Sn-W-OxTAS船机用脱硝催化剂的制备与性能研究的开题报告Title:PreparationandPerformanceStudyofDeNOxCatalystforCE-Sn-W-OxTASShipEngineIntroduction:Nitrogenoxides(NOx)aremajorairpollutants,andtheiremissionshavesignificantimpactsontheenvironmentandhumanhealth.ShipenginesareoneofthemajorsourcesofNOxemissionsinthetransportationsector.Therefore,thecontrolofNOxemissionsfromshipengineshasbecomeanimportantissue.ThecurrentmethodofNOxreductionforshipenginesisselectivecatalyticreduction(SCR)usingacatalyst.Inthisresearch,wewillstudythepreparationandperformanceofacatalystfortheselectivecatalyticreductionofNOxinCE-Sn-W-OxTASshipengines.Objectives:1.ToprepareaCE-Sn-W-OxTAScatalystforselectivecatalyticreductionofNOx.2.Toinvestigatetheeffectofpreparationconditionsonthecatalyticactivityofthecatalyst.3.ToexplorethereactionmechanismofthecatalystintheselectivecatalyticreductionofNOx.4.ToevaluatetheperformanceofthecatalystinthereductionofNOxemissionsfromCE-Sn-W-OxTASshipengines.Methodology:1.SynthesizetheCE-Sn-W-OxTAScatalystusingtheincipientwetnessimpregnationmethod.2.Characterizethecatalystusingvarioustechniques,includingX-raydiffraction(XRD),scanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM),energy-dispersiveX-rayspectroscopy(EDX),andN2adsorption-desorptionisothermanalysis.3.Investigatetheeffectofpreparationconditions,includingtheamountofactivecomponents,calcinationtemperature,andcalcinationtime,onthecatalyticactivityofthecatalystusingafixed-bedreactor.4.ExplorethereactionmechanismofthecatalystintheselectivecatalyticreductionofNOxusinginsituFouriertransforminfrared(FTIR)spectroscopy.5.EvaluatetheperformanceofthecatalystinthereductionofNOxemissionsfromCE-Sn-W-OxTASshipenginesusingabench-scaleenginetestingsystem.ExpectedResults:1.TheCE-Sn-W-OxTAScatalystwithhighcatalyticactivitywillbesuccessfullyprepared.2.Thecatalyticactivityofthecatalystwillbeoptimizedbyadjustingthepreparationconditions.3.ThemechanismofthecatalystintheselectivecatalyticreductionofNOxwillbeelucidated.4.ThecatalystwilleffectivelyreduceNOxemis
