宁波国际会议展览中心大跨度钢结构设计摘要:宁波国际会议展览中心主展厅大跨度屋盖支承条件复杂风荷载效应显著。通过风洞试验确定屋盖的风压分布情况在网壳结构的部分钢管中填充混凝土以平衡部分风吸力。采用抗震球形钢支座克服支座相对位移对屋盖结构产生的影响。小展厅和东、西展厅大跨度屋盖采用了主、次空间管桁架结构体系在展厅中部设置了四肢钢管组合柱从而有效地减小了屋盖的跨度与高度。为了适应大跨度屋面温度变形的要求采用了滑板式聚四氟乙烯橡胶支座。关键词:大跨度结构网壳风洞试验空间管桁架钢管组合柱特殊支座中图分类号:TU393.3TU318.04文献标识码:A文章编号:1671-9379200503-0029-12Large2spanStructuralDesignofNingboInternationalConferenceampExhibitionCenterAbstract:ThesupportingconditionsforthelargespanroofofMainHallinNingboInternationalConferenceampExhibitionCenterareverycomplicatedandtheresponseofthestructuresubjectedtowindloadsissignificant.Thedistributionofwindpressureontheroofisdeterminedbywindtunnelapproach.Themethodthatthehollowsectionsofstructuralmembersarefilledwithconcreteforcounteractingapartofup2wardwindforcesisinnovatedandpresented.Specialbearing2devicesareadoptedforovercomingdifferentialdisplacementsbetweenthebearingsthatarefixedonthetopsofthefiveindependentbuildingsandseveralcantilevercolumnsextendedfromgroundlevel.ThespatialtrussesusinghollowsectionsteelareintroducedattheroofingstructuresofSmallHallEasternHallandWestHall.Thetrapezoidandtrianglecross2sectionsareusedforthemaintrussesandsub2trussesrespectively.Built2upcolumnsthatconsistoffour2steelpipesbattenbeamsanddiagonalcablebracingsarearrangedattheinterioroftheexhibitionhallsforreducingspanoftheroofstructuressothatitcanhavemuchlowermaterialcostcomparedtowithoutinteriorcolumns.Forsatisfyingtherequirementofthermaldeformationonthelarge2spanroofsthebearingsthatconsistofrubber2bonded2to2metalpadsandTeflon2slidersareappliedproperly.Keywords:largespanstructurecylindricalgirdshellwindtunneltesthollowstructuralsectiontrussbuilt2upcolumnspecialbear2ing1工程概况宁波国际会议展览中心位于宁波市三江片区西侧是世纪大道北侧是通途路总用地面积为251300m2。该建筑主要由主展厅、小展厅、西展厅、东展厅、商务办公楼和会议楼等子项构成总建筑面积为90475m2。宁波会展中心建筑平面布置如图1所示。图1宁波会展中心平面图主展厅由室内展示空间和南侧半室外广场两大部分构成。其中主展厅室内部分的平面尺寸为81m×81m大厅周边柱网尺寸为9m×9m。主展厅与半室外广场共用一大跨度圆柱壳形屋盖而且屋盖向主展厅两侧延伸并支承于相邻建筑屋面的柱顶上。圆柱壳上弦的半径为190m矢高35.5m其中南侧有两肢拱脚直接落在室外地面的支座上落地点之间跨度达202.8m。屋盖结构在横向分为三跨中间主跨的跨度为63m两侧边跨的跨度均为31.5m。屋盖的横向水平投影长度
