梅花小区小高层住宅楼设计概要梅花小区小高层住宅楼设计概要Sikasmalldistrictofhigh-riseresidentialbuildings0303303*22肖凯指导老师：指导老师：刘益虹（湖南城市学院土木工程学院03级土木工程专业）本次毕业设计课题为是一幢小高层住宅楼，包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分内摘要：容。建筑设计是在总体规划的前提下，根据设计任务书的要求，综合考虑基地环境、使用功能、结构选型、施工、材料、建筑设备、建筑美观及经济等方面因素以确定设计方案，同时着重解决了建筑物与周围环境的协调以及建筑物的各种细部构造处理，并据此画出建筑施工图。结构设计是在建筑设计的基础上确定结构方案，选择合理的结构体系进行结构布置，并初步估算、确定结构构件尺寸，进行结构计算。结构计算包括荷载计算、变形验算、内力分析及截面设计，并绘制相关的结构施工图。本工程为住宅设计，因地处城市中心交通要道，在总体规划设计时，考虑到场地要求、绿化设施、其它功能要求，以及周围建筑物的影响，设计时采用对称结构。设计中本着适用、安全、经济、使用方便的原则，基本做到了建筑结构协调，空间合理，连接紧凑，主次分明，极大地提高了建筑空间的舒适度。关键词：抗震采光防火剪力墙结构关键词Abstract：Thepaperisagraduatedesignofsmallhigh-risebuilding,includingtwopartsofarchitecturalandstructuraldesign.Architecturaldesignistodeterminedesiganprogramonthepremiseofthecomprehensiveplan,consideringthebaseenvironment,functionality,ComprehensiveSelection,construction,materials,constructionequipment,buildingaestheticsandeconomyinaccordancewiththedesignrequirementsofthetask,Meanwhile，focusingontheHarmonyofbuildingsandthesurroundingenvironmentandavarietyofdetailinghandling，anddrawingthechartsofstructureconstruction.Structuraldesignistodeterminestructuralprogramonthedesignofbuildingsidentified，choosingarationalsystemstructureforthestructurallayout,andpreliminarilyestimatinganddeterminingthesizeofstructuralcomponent,preparingstructurecalculationwhichincludingstructuralloadcalculation,checkingdeformation,stressanalysisanddesignsection,andthemappingofthestructuraldrawings.Theengineering，designedforresidential，islocatedinatraffichubofacitycenter.Intheoverallplanninganddesigning,takingintoaccountthevenue,greenfacilities,andotherfunctionalrequirements,andthesurroundingbuildings,adoptingthedesignofsymmetricstructure.Inshort,application,security,economicanduser-friendlydesignistheprincipleofreasonablespaceoftwoconnectingcompact,boats,Buildingspacecomforttobeenhanced.Keyword：SeismicLightingFireShearWallStructure1．工程概况本工程为梅花小区小高层住宅楼，基地占地面积1210m2，总建筑面积约12500m2，地上十四层，地下一层；地下室为社备层；地上十四层均为住宅，按照设计任务书里要求底层设有门厅，值班室，办公室及大、中、小三种户型；结构形式采用框架剪力墙结构，结构重要性等级为二级
