TheMeasuresfortheAdministrationofPermitforOperationofDangerousWastesChapterIGeneralProvisionsArticle1Withaviewtointensifyingsupervisionandadministrationonthebusinessactivitiesofcollection,storageanddisposalofdangerouswastesandpreventingthedangerouswastesfrompollutingtheenvironment,thepresentMeasuresareherebyformulatedinaccordancewiththeLawofthePeople'sRepublicofChinaonthePreventionandControlofEnvironmentalPollutionbySolidWastes.Article2Anyentityundertakingthebusinessactivitiesofcollection,storageanddisposalofdangerouswasteswithintheterritoryofthePeople'sRepublicofChinashallobtainthepermitforoperationofdangerouswastesaccordingtotheprovisionsofthepresentMeasures.Article3Thepermitforoperationofdangerouswastesare,inlightofthewaysofbusinessoperation,dividedintothepermitforcomprehensiveoperationofthecollection,storageanddisposalofdangerouswastesandthepermitforoperationofthecollectionofdangerouswastes.Theentity,whichhasobtainedthepermitforcomprehensiveoperationofdangerouswastes,mayundertakethebusinessactivitiesofcollection,storageanddisposalofvariousdangerouswastes;theentity,whichhasobtainedthepermitforoperationofthecollectionofdangerouswastes,1mayonlyundertakethebusinessactivitiesofcollectionofsuchdangerouswastesasthewastemineraloilproducedduringtheactivitiesofmotorvehiclemaintenance,andthewastecadmiumandnickelbatteriesproducedfromthedailylifeofresidents.Article4Thecompetentdepartmentsofenvironmentalprotectionofthepeople'sgovernmentsatorabovethecountylevelshall,accordingtotheprovisionsofthepresentMeasures,beresponsiblefortheworkofexaminationandapprovalandissuanceofthepermitforoperationofdangerouswastesaswellasthesupervisionandadministrationonit.ChapterIIRequirementsontheApplicationforObtainingaPermitforOperationofDangerousWastesArticle5Whenapplyingforthepermitforcomprehensiveoperationofthecollection,storageanddisposalofdangerouswastes,anenterpriseshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:1.havingmorethan3te
