RecruitmentManagementProcedure1.PurposeToprovidestandardrecruitmentprocessandensurerecruitmenttobeeffectivelyandtimelyundertheprincipleofopen,justandfair.2.ScopeAlllevelsofemployees’recruitment3.TheprincipleofrecruitmentDecisionsonhiringarebasedsolelyontheapplicant’sabilitytodothejob.Companyemployspersonnelwithoutregardtorace,ancestry,placeoforigin,ethnicorigin,citizenship,creed,religion,gender,sexualorientation,age,maritalstatusandphysicalhandicap,etc.4.RecruitmentchannelsHRdepartmentisresponsibleforpostinghiringadvertisementoncompanybulletinboard,recruitingwebsitesandrecruitingcolumnsinnewspaperwhenvacancyappears.Applicationsareencouragedfromcurrentemployeesbutwillbescreenedinthesamemannerasapplicationsreceivedoutsideapplicants.5、Recruitmentprocess5.1、WorkersrecruitmentWorkersrecruitmentisconductedbyHRDepartmentrecruitingstaff,theprocessisasfollows:(1)Askapplicantsfillupapplicationform;(2)Inspectapplicant’sIDcard,diplomaandothernecessarycertificates;(3)Verifyiftheinformationinapplicationformthroughinterview;(4)Arrangeoraltestorwrittenexamaccordingtopositionrequirements.(5)Introducefactory’sorganization,compensationpolicy,positionrequirement,potentialoccupationalhazardstoapplicants;(6)Appointthejoineddatewithapplicants.5.2.Officestaff,supervisorsandmanagersrecruitment:(1)Recruitingstaffscreensapplicationsandresumes,andcontactapplicantswhomeetthecriteriaforthevacantposition.(2)Recruitingstaffinspectsapplicant’sIDcard,diplomaandothernecessarycertificates;(3)RecruitingstaffandHRmanagerconductthefirstinterview,departmentmanagerconductsthesecondinterview.InterviewersfillupApplicantEvaluationForm.(4)Generalmanagerconductsthethirdinterviewifnecessary,andmakethefinaldecisionofrecruitment5.3.Applicantsbelowwillnotberecruited:1.Personnelwhoisunder16yearsold;2.Personnelwhohasbeendismissedbycompanybefore;3.Personnelwhousesother’sIDorfakeID;4.Druguser6.PersonnelfileNewemployeesarerequiredtoprovidethefollowingdocuments:1.CompletedPersonalInformati
